INCEF Merit & Integrated Education Scholarship:

For the year 2016, the Board has announced its most Prestigious Merit Scholarship for the young students as per schedule. However, from 2016 the policy and way of awarding scholarship has been changed.

Selection Test will be held probably in January & February’ 2016

Under the new policy of helping young talented students, INCEF has developed a unique and very innovative system and programme under which education of the selected children will be monitored and supervised directly by the team of experts of council for Integrated Education along with the Expert of INCEF from their early education till they reach to the level of required intelligentia

Eligibility :
INCEF Merit and Integrated Education Scholarship (2016) is for children having age between 5 and 9 years (as on 31.03.2016) to study only at recommended Residential Integrated / Regular English Medium School from I to class XII. Scholarship and subsidy will be paid only to the recommended school directly

Selection of Students :

** Parents who have talented children (of either sex) having age between 5 and 9 years (as on 31.03.2016) and willing to educate them under the care and supervision of the Experts of INCEF for assured and targeted future under Integrated or Regular Education Programme and wish to keep them in recommended residential English Medium Integrated / Regular school to study with CBSE curriculum upto +2 level, may apply for “INCEF’s All India Merit & Integrated Education Scholarship Selection Test” on prescribed Application Form which is available on our website incef.org.in or may be had by post free of cost from

** Selection Test will be held only at Ranchi centre for Eastern (India) Zone, examination date & time will be informed to the parents in advance.

** As the selection of students will be made on the report and recommendation of Medical, Psychological & Academic Experts of INCEF. Selection of students for regular Education Programme will also be done in Jan. & Feb.’ 2016 at Ranchi. Date of Exam will be informed to the parents well in advance

Examination Fee:
For Integrated Education Programme, Conducted For Specific Professional Courses :
** There will be an examination fee of Rs, 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) including of Medical, pathological, psychological & Academic check up for selection of the student.

** Fee may be paid by Account payee Bank Draft or at-par cheque issued in favour of International Children’s Excellence Fund payable at New Delhi, to be attached with the Application Form. However, the filled application form will be sent at Ranchi address

For Regular Education Programme For Optional And Alternative Professional Study :
** The Examination fee will be Rs.1000/- payable by D/D or Cheque in favour of International Children’s Excellence Fund, payable at New Delhi.

** Selection Test for Regular Education Programme will also be held in January & February’ 2016 at Ranchi only. The date of Examination and other test will be informed to the parents by mobile or E-mail. The duly filled application form will be submitted or sent to Ranchi address.

Result of the Selection Test:
** Result of INCEF’s Merit Scholarship Selection Test for Integrated and Regular Course will be published on our website soon-after the result will come to our office. Result will be communicated by SMS on mobile phone and also to be communicated by post/e-mail within 10 days after Examination to all the parents, of selected children.

** The information will also be sent to the parents of Non-selected students. For result, parents may ask on mobile no. 09234300583 after 10 days of the exam held during office hours. This may also be seen at our Website.
