What is Joint Dakshana Scholarship Test?

Joint Dakshana Scholarship Test JDST 2024 (For JEE/NEET 2025) is sponsored by Dakshana Foundation. For student studying in Class 12 Science (2023-2024) from Govt./Aided schools (Except JNV Students and Students appeared in JDST on January 21, 2024). Annual Family Income to be less than Rs. 2 lakhs. The last date to register for JDST 2024 is 20th February 2024. (JDST 2024 will be held on 29th March 2024 in online mode).

Eligibility of Joint Dakshana Scholarship Test

Must meet all the 3 criteria to apply for the scholarship.
i. School: Currently studying in Class 12 Science at a Govt/Aided school (Academic Year 2023-24). Students should have appeared in their class XII board exam by May 2024.
ii. Merit: Aggregate marks of Maths & Science in Class 10 should be above the cut-off: GEN/EWS/OBC: 85%, SC: 70%, ST: 60%, PD: No cut-off
iii. Income: Annual Family Income to be less than Rs. 2 lakhs.

Selection Process for JDST

Selection Process for the JDST 2024: For Students studying in Govt./Aided schools (Not for JNV/EMRS school students)
Step 1: Check the eligibility* at apply.scholarship.dakshana.org and fill out the application form.
Step 2: Shortlisting will be done based on the cutoff mentioned in the application form.
Step 3: After 1st round of shortlisting, Fill out the Dakshana Scholar Application (DSA) by January 20, 2024.
Step 4: After filling out the application form, invited students can appear for mock tests. Mock tests will familiarize students with the interface.
Step 5: Invited students with Admit Cards to appear for JDST 2024. Students can check the JDST exam date by Dakshana Registration No or Dakshana Roll No at https://dakshana.org/jdstinvitation.php
Step 6: After the 2nd round of shortlisting (based on JDST 2024), Appear for the Interview & Document Verification.
Step 7: Students selected in the interview will be offered a Dakshana One-year Scholarship.

Step 1: Students will be invited for the JDST 2024 based on Class 12 Term 1 results, which will be released by January 19, 2024.
Step 2: Invited students must complete the Scholar Application by February 10, 2024.
Step 3: After filling out the application form, invited students can appear for mock tests. Mock tests will familiarize students with the interface.
Step 4: Invited students with Admit Cards to appear for JDST 2024 (online at test centers) with their mobile phones on March 29, 2024.
Step 5: After the 2nd round of shortlisting (based on JDST 2024), Appear for the Interview & Document Verification.
Step 6: Students selected in the interview will be offered a Dakshana One-year Scholarship.

Selection Process for the JDST 2024: For EMRS students
Step 1: Students will be invited for the JDST 2024 based on Class 12 Term 1 results, which will be released by January 05, 2024.
Step 2: Invited students must complete the Scholar Application by January 15, 2024.
Step 3: After filling out the application form, invited students can appear for mock tests. Mock tests will familiarize students with the interface.
Step 4: Invited students with Admit Cards to appear for JDST 2024 at test centers on January 21, 2024.
Step 5: After the 2nd round of shortlisting (based on JDST 2024), Appear for the Interview & Document Verification.
Step 6: Students selected in the interview will be offered a Dakshana One-year Scholarship.

How to Apply for Joint Dakshana Scholarship Test?

Filling of the Scholar application form:
** To appear for the Mock test & JDST 2024 Invited students must fill out and submit the scholar application form at http://scholarship.dakshana.org/. Read the instruction document before filling out the form.
** All online tests will be conducted through the Dakshana Scholarship Test Android Mobile App. Download the mobile app from the Google Play Store.

Instructions for the Joint Dakshana Selection Test :
** Dakshana offers a JEE/NEET coaching scholarship for Class 12 (Science) students from government schools across India. The scholarship, for a year after Class 12, includes free coaching, free accommodation, and food for a year at the Dakshana Valley Campus, close to Pune.
** Students are selected through a test called the Joint Dakshana Selection Test (JDST).

** You are eligible to apply for the JDST 2024, If you meet all the three criteria given below:
