What is DHE Assam Scholarship Portal?

Register your information to apply for Scholarship. You must fill up the data properly and correctly. The Unique ID shall be used at the time of registration and login into the system. One student can apply only 1 (One) Scholarship and the Unique ID shall be used in all applications.

PG Research Scholarship, the intendent students who were applying online for the PG Research Scholarship shown in the list. It is seen that most of the students have not submitted their hard copies to the Director of Higher Education Assam as mentioned in the list and it is mandatory for submission of Hard Copy to scrutiny of the application. Therefore, remaining students are requested to submit their hardcopy of application form to the Directorate of Higher Education, Assam, without fail.

How To Register for Scholarship?

Type the following link in the address bar of your browser. https://dhe-operations.assam.gov.in/. For students, who are applying afresh, follow the following steps:-
Registration:
Go to the registration tab in the home page, click on it. The following registration window will
appear. Enter the following details sequentially:
1. DHE Unique Id: Enter the DHE Unique Id. It is unique for each student.
2. First Name: Enter your first name.
3. Last Name: Enter your last name(or middle name if any)
4. Date of Birth: Select the date of birth.
5. Email Address: Enter a valid email id
6. Mobile No: Enter a valid mobile number.
7. Password: Enter a strong password(preferably 8 characters)
8. Confirm Password: Confirm the password.

** After entering the above details click on the submit button.
** It is the right arrow on the right side of the window.
** After clicking the button the following window will appear.
** Now login with your DHE Unique Id and newly created password.
** Enter the security code displayed.
** Then Click on the right arrow button to log in.
** After Log In you will find the following screen.
** In the right side of the dashboard you will find the following options to fill one by one:
i) Personal Details
ii) Academic Details
iii) Bank Details
iv) Documents Upload
v) Account Details
** After filling up all your details navigate to the home page of the dashboard.
** You will see the scholarships mentioned.
** Click on Apply Now button to apply for your relevant scholarship.
** You can also download the detailed advertisement by clicking on the download button.
** After completing the above steps you will find your application form at the bottom.
** Download both the Application Form & the Declaration.
** You have to print the hardcopies and get verified by your Institution.
** Finally upload the documents in the documents upload section
** It will show like this. Go to this section to upload.
