What is DRDO Scholarship Scheme?

Aeronautics Research and Development Board (AR&DB), Defence Research & Development Organisation is inviting the scholarship application from Girls studying Aerospace / Aeronautical / Space & Rocketry / Avionics / Aircraft Engineering. Log on to www.rac.gov.in to fill the online application form. Last Date of application is 31st March 2022.

Who Can Apply For DRDO Scholarship Scheme?

Girls studying Aerospace / Aeronautical / Space & Rocketry / Avionics / Aircraft Engineering, can apply for DRDO Scholarship Scheme.

Post Graduate level:
** Indian National
** Secured admission to the Ist year of current academic year
** Scored min 60% in BTech/ BE or equiv.
** Valid GATE score

Under Graduate level:
** Indian National
** Secured admission in Ist year of B.Tech/ BE/ 5 yr Integrated course or equiv.
** Valid JEE main score

How To Apply For DRDO Scholarship Scheme?

To Apply For DRDO Scholarship Scheme 2022, Follow the below steps

Step-1 : Go to the link https://rac.gov.in/index.php?lang=en&id=0
Step-2 : Fill the Online Registration form
Step-3 : Then fill the online Bio Data Form
Step-4 : Upload the required documents
Step-5 : Lock the application form

Note:
** On clicking “Lock Application” button the online application will get locked and submitted.
** Only locked applications will be deemed complete applications and shall be considered for further processing.
** Incomplete applications, which are not locked by candidates, or duplicate applications and applications where scanned copies of certificates are not uploaded or where uploaded documents are not legible, are liable to get rejected during computerized shortlisting and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
** Candidates are advised to check that uploaded photograph is clearly visible/ identifiable and that all documents have been successfully uploaded and are legible.
** Candidate can unlock application to make corrections till closing date & time of advertisement only.
** However, application must be locked again to be considered for screening.
** No request with respect to the change in any data submitted by the candidates will be entertained once the closing date of online submission is over.

Selection

** The selection of M.Tech scholarship for the first year will be on the basis of valid GATE score & on merit basis.
** First year scholarship for 4 yr B.Tech course based on merit of valid JEE Main or as revised from time to time as per AICTE/MHRD
