  1. Sir/Ma’am,

With due respect I, Nandini Saha, M.phil research scholar, English Dept of Vidyasagar University beg to state that I was completely unaware of the fact that I had already qualified for NFSC(National Fellowship for Scheduled Caste students) in the year June 2019 and I have received my National Fellowship Award letter for the same which had been issued on 27th December 2019. I am truly apologizing for this mistake. It was not in my knowledge at all that I was selected in the NFSC list in June 2019.
My M.phil admission date in Vidyasagar University is 23/08/2019. Since then I am receiving another scholarship called Swami Vivekananda Merit Cum Means Scholarship.
As I was completely unaware of this NFSC fellowship I was continuously applying for Swami Vivekananda scholarship from 23rd August 2019 till 30th September 2020.As of now I have become aware of this fact therefore I would like to give up this Swami Vivekananda scholarship from 27th December 2019 onwards and would like to claim my fellowship i.e. NFSC scholarship from 27th Dec itself.
The last date to apply for NFSC as mentioned in the guideline was 31st July 2020. Therefore I am sincerely apologizing for my ignorance for being late to claim this fellowship. Therefore I would like to request you if you kindly allow me to start the NFSC scholarship and to give up my ongoing Swami Vivekananda scholarship.

    Thanking you,
    Yours Sincerely,
    Nandini Saha
