How to Apply?

Interested Applicants can apply Online for Brainztorm Common Entrance Examination (BCEE) 2020.

1. Registration :
Applicants are requested to register themselves at www.brainztorm.org.in with their active Email id and Mobile Number. Once registered, applicants need to confirm their mobile number through OTP.

2. Complete the application form :
Once applicants get registered at www.brainztorm.org.in they can proceed with the registered mobile number and password to complete the application form.

3. Photograph & Aadhaar card no. :
Applicants have to upload their scanned copy of a recent colour photograph in .jpg / .jpeg and .png format only and fill the Aadhaar Number.

4. Application Fee Payment :
The applicants must fill up their application forms, pay fees and submit them online. Applicants have to pay their examination fee as mentioned in the table below online through Debit card/Credit card/Net Banking or any other medium updated on the webpage.

5. Submission of application form :
Applicants have to submit their duly filled up application form online by clicking the submit button.

Scholarship Procedure

** To qualify for a scholarship, an applicant must apply for BCEE – 2020.
** The qualified candidates have to attend the online counselling of BCEE – 2020, at which they will get an option to choose the institute and branch.

** After the seat allocation and admission process through the counselling, candidates have to be physically present at the allotted institute for submission and verification of original educational documents / certificates.

** After the completion of admission process, qualified candidates would be facilitated by scholarship.

Please note that all documents and certificates are duly correct. No backlogs shall be considered and if candidate furnishes incorrect, false or misguiding information, the candidate shall be considered at fault and his or her candidature shall be cancelled.

Note :
If any candidate is found ineligible for admission at a later stage, his or her admission stands null and void in the allotted institute and scholarship will be cancelled.

Scholarship Categories

As mentioned in the table total 1300 qualified candidates will be benefited by scholarship for studying in Brainztorm’s study center or Brainztorm’s Academic Partner.

The section of scholarship are :
Section A :
100 students securing 90% or above marks in BCEE – 2000 are eligible for scholarship up to full tuition fee (from 1st year to final year tuition fee) for studying in any Brainztorm’s study center or Brainztorm’s Academic Partner.

Section B :
200 students securing marks more than or equal to 80% and less than 90% in BCEE – 2020 are eligible for scholarship up to 1st year tuition fee for studying in any Brainztorm’s study center or Brainztorm’s Academic Partner.

Section C :
1000 students securing marks more than or equal to 70% and less than 80% in BCEE – 2020 are eligible for scholarship up to 1st Semester tuition fee for studying in any Brainztorm’s study center or Brainztorm’s Academic Partner.

Distribution Of Scholarship

1. The applicants, who are applying for BCEE and qualify in the examination with rank up to 1300 in BCEE, have to apply for counseling of BCEE online.

They have to follow the procedure of counseling to get an option to choose the institute and desired branch. Scholarship would be provided after completion of admission process in allotted institute.

2. In about 2nd or 3rd week of November, applicants have to register for scholarship i.e. they have to apply for registration which will be announced on 2nd or 3rd week of November 2021 on the website. The duration of applying for registration will be 2 weeks only.

3. Applicants will receive scholarship in the month of December in their own/personal active bank accounts only. During registration of scholarship, applicants have to mention their own bank accounts details.
