B.Tech. Refund Policy :
Refund will be made only after the candidate has surrendered the ID card, original fee receipt and the due clearance certificate.
M.Tech.

| 2 | For withdraw request * received before the commencement of the programme (orientation / class whichever is earlier) | The entire academic fee after deducting the conselling processing fee of Rs.11,800/- (including GST) may be refunded. |
| 3 | For withdraw request * received within 25 days from the commencement of the programme (Orientation / class whichever is earlier). | The entire academic fee afdter deducting 10%(plus 18% GST) may be refunded. |
| 4 | For withdraw request * received after 25 days and within 40 days from the commencement of the programme (Orientation / Class whichever is earlier). | The entire academic fee after deducting 20% (plus 18% GST) may be refunded. |
| 5 | For withdraw request * received after 40 days from the commencement of the programme (Orientation / Class whichever is earlier). | No refund of any academic fees except Caution Deposit. |
Refund Procedure :
** Selected Candidates will have to submit a DD for Rs.12,000/- in favor of “Vellore Institute of Technology”, Payable at Vellore.
** Counseling Fee Rs. 6000/- is Non Refundable and the balance Rs. 6000/- will be refunded on cancellation of admission.

Yes, it is applicable to all the branches at VIT-AP.
2. Is there a health centre in case of any emergency?
Yes, there is a health care centre and ambulance facility.
3. How is the hostel room allotment done?
The allotment is done based on the preference of your room type and availability. The rooms are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, after payment of hostel fees.
4. What transport facility is available for the students?
