Atmadeep Scholarship Online Registration

Just follow the below steps to apply for the Ei Samay Atmadeep Young Scholarship 2019.

Step 2 : Then click on the “Registration” link in the menu bar.

Step 3 : Fill the registration form with the required fields
Step 4 : Finally click on the “Submit” button to complete the registration.

Scholarship Exam Pattern

The examination for Atmadeep Junior to pick top 50 students is simple. They have to answer 36 easy questions in 45 minutes. There is no negative marking

The main aim of this Atmadeep Scholarship is to learn more knowledge outside their school syllabus and inspire them to give new directions, new wings which will lead them to a life filled with success and stability.

The common topics on which this assessment would be conducted are, Reasoning, Mathematics, Creative Thinking, Creativity and Command over the Language. There will be no any negative marking on this Examination.

The question paper will contain questions from this following topics –
1. Vocabulary and Grammatical Aptitude Test
2. Mathematical and Logical Reasoning
3. Creative Aptitude Test
General Awareness Aptitude Test

Rules & Regulations

** Once you submit the form Please take a print out of the Admit Card
** Carrying Admit Card at the Exam Centre is mandatory for the Examination
** The Admit Card has to be duly filled and signed by the Student / Candidate

** Candidates have to carry their School ID card / Birth Certificate / Ration Card for Name & Age Proof
** Candidates have to be present at the Exam Centre 30 minutes prior to the Exam
** No Exchange / Alterations can be done for the filled Admit Card

** The Organiser (Times of India Group) has full authority to cancel the registration of a candidate for non-submission of required documents
** The Organiser is not responsible for any kind of Illness / sickness / Emergency Situation of the Candidate

** Appearing for the Exam is the sole responsibility of the Candidate. The Organiser (Times of India) is not responsible for the same
** Times of India ‘Ei Samay’ Brand family members cannot appear / apply for the Exam

Terms & Conditions

** Only students of attending class (example , students who have finished class 6 and started attending class 7 and students who are currently attending class 10) are eligible for the examination under Atmadeep

** Only students of attending class (example , students who have finished class 4 and started attending class 5 and students who are currently attending class 6) are eligible for the examination under Atmadeep Junior

** Results are calculated electronically and the first highest scores are entertained. Due to huge numbers of registrations, there is no manual calculation. Only names that the machine throws as ’25 highest scorers’ are considered for each class, total number not exceeding 100 for each category

** BCCL reserves the right to discard or not entertain any particular student in case of improper documents presented, that may affect the chances of other eligible students

** Parents/guardians should declare a child’s special needs/ any special ailment, if the child is selected in the chosen 100 (for each category). there may be an occasion where the child has to withstand long walking/standing hours during the workshops.

It may also happen that the child is given food that he/she may be allergic to. in such a case, parents/guardians are advised to pack home cooked food for the child and hand it over to the supervisor.

** BCCL reserves the right to hold back students/children who misbehaves and causes unnecessary discomfort to other students, from attending the workshops.

** Only registered students with valid admit cards will be permitted inside the examination hall. to maintain consistency and fairness, no flexibility will be allowed on the exam day.

** Students getting shortlisted from Burdwan, Durgapur and Asansol for the final 100 list will have to make their own arrangements for stay in Kolkata during the days of Atmadeep discoveries.

** For the toppers from respective classes, in case of any outstation travel that they may have to take as a part of their privilege, the expenses for the same- Airfare, Stay and Local conveyance will be borne by BCCL.

However any other expenses during the tour will have to be borne by the students directly.
