Mahabir Prasad Singh Foundation For Education & Research invites applications for Career Scholarship for the year 2018-19.

The main object of Mahabir Prasad Singh Foundation for Education and Research is to provide help to meritorious and needy students and researchers pursuing their studies in frontier areas of modern science like medicine, engineering, biotechnology and environmental science.

The aim is to encourage / facilitate researchers to conduct researches in those of area of science, which is useful and beneficial for mankind and scientific progress.

How to Apply?

Just follow the below steps to apply for the Career Scholarship 2018.

Steps :
Step 1 : Log onto Mahabir Prasad Singh Foundation For Education & Research website.
Step 2 : Go to application form icon in the Menu bar.

Step 3 : The application form will appear on your screen.
Step 4 : Download the blank application form and print. The printed application form should be filled and signed.

Step 5 : The completed application form should be sent to our Society’s address (Mahabir Prasad Singh Foundation for Education and Research 6, Vasant Marg, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi – 110057) along with self attested certificates of qualifications claimed by you in the application form.

Important Dates

** Last Date to submit the application form is 30/09/2018.
** After 30/09/2018, applicants will be shortlisted for interview.
** The shortlisted applicants will be sent interview letter by 15/10/2018.

** No correspondence regarding selection procedure will be entertained by the society.
** Applicant not receiving the interview letter should presume their non-selection.Society will not entertain/reply any query in this regard.

Scholarship Details

In response to the advertisement given in the particular year a number of applications are received at the society’s office. A selection committee is constituted by the board of governors to select students on merit cum means basis.

Out station students who are called for an interview are paid to and fro second-class train fare on the day of interview itself. Followings students were granted scholarship at the rate of Rs. 2000/- per month till 2010-11.

The board of governors has decided to increase the scholarship amount to Rs. 3000/- per month since 2011-12.
