Indusind Foundation is pleased to announce IndusInd Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship Scheme for the year 2018-19.

Who Can Apply?

** The scholar must pass Std. XII Board Examinations at first attempt with percentage of marks not less than 80%
** Monthly rate of scholarship will range from Rs.600/- to Rs.2200/-. Actual to be decided by the Foundation in each case.

** The applicant should have secured admission to regular degree course in Science, Arts, Commerce, Engineering, Medical, Computer & Management etc. in approved college/institute

Step 1 : Visit the official website of Indusind Foundation through the URL provided above.
Step 2 : Read the instructions carefully and download the Application Form at the end of the page.

Step 3 : Application form must be completed in all respects. Career Plan must be attached too.
Step 4 : Completed application form should be sent to the following address before the last date.

Renewal Criteria

For the scholarship to be continued in subsequent years, the scholar must
** take admission to a college/institution affiliated to any recognized University;
** pass examinations at first attempt with marks not less than 60%;
** maintain high level academic progress and good conduct;

** at the end of each academic year / semester, as the case may be, submit mark-list/s of the examinations conducted by the institution / university concerned;

** at the beginning of each academic year submit Bonafide Certificate obtained from Head of the college/institution where the scholar will be studying;
** at the end of each academic year submit Good Conduct Certificate obtained from Head of the college/institution where the scholar has studied.

Failure in satisfying the above requirements will attract stoppage of the Scholarship.

Documents Required

1. Proof of Age – Birth Certificate/School leaving Certificate/10th Class Certificate from Board
2. Proof of passing 12th Class or equivalent examinations – Certificate from Principal of Jr. Collegel last attended/ Board from which 12th Class passed.

3. Proof of marks secured – Marksheet issued by Board/Certificate from Principal of Jr. Collegel last attended
4. Proof of securing position in Merit list – Certificate from Principal of Jr. Collegel last attended/ cutting from newspaper.

5. Proof of admission – Certificate from Head of College/Institute where Studying showing that you are bonafide student for Academic year
6. Proof of monthly family Income – Certificate from Revenue Authorities/Principal of School/Employer/Local Panchayat.

7. Proof of payment of fees/ Hostel fees – Fee receipt issued by College/Institute on admission
8. Passport size recent photograph

Scholarship Amount

Monthly rate of scholarship will range from Rs.600/- to Rs.2200/-. Actual to be decided by the Foundation in each case.

Instructions

** Kindly use CAPITAL LETTERS for completing the application form.
** Incomplete applications will be rejected and no further correspondence will be encouraged.

** You may use additional sheet/s in case the space in the form in insufficient. Kindly put your signature on each of the additional sheet/s used.

** Information related to Curricular and Extra Curricular Activities should be supported by enclosing certified copies of relevant marks-lists and certificates, issued by the institution/authority concerned.

** Submission of the duty completed application form does not guarantee scholarship from the Foundation. The decision of the Foundation’s Selection Committee is final and is irrevocable.

Last Date

The last date of applications forms duly filled in should be received by us by 30th September 2018 (No soft copies are accepted)
