MOE Singapore A*STAR Youth Scholarship

Ministry of Education Singapore invites the applications for A*STAR Youth Scholarship for the Academic Year 2018-19. The application period is from 18 June 2018 (7.30 am India Time) to 29th July 2018 (7.30 pm India Time).

The Scholarship is for studies in selected Singapore schools from Secondary 3 to Pre-University 2 and is renewed annually, subject to the satisfactory performance of the scholar.

Eligibility Criteria

If you meet the following criteria, you are invited to apply for the scholarship
** Nationals of India
** Born between 2002 and 2004
** Completed Standard 8 in the Year 2018
** Possess a high level of oral and written competency in English

** Possess outstanding academic track record (at least an average of 80% / minimum ‘A’ with English as first language in the Standards 7 and 8 school final examinations)

Application Procedures

Just follow the below steps to apply for the A*STAR Youth Scholarship 2018-19.

Step 2 : Read the instructions carefully and Click on the Apply Now button at the end of the page.

Step 3 : If you have already created an account, please login with your Email Address and Password.

Step 4 : New User need to create an account before you can apply for a scholarship. To create an account, please click on Register button.

Step 5 : Select your scholarship and Click Continue button

Step 6 : Please fill in your personal particulars and Click Register button

1. Is there any restriction on the password I select?
Your password must be between 8 to 25 alphanumeric characters and contain at least 1 digit and 1 letter of the alphabet. Please also note that the password is case-sensitive.

2. Do I need to pay any fees to apply for the scholarships online?
No, there is no fees payable for online application.

3. When and how will I be notified of the status of my online application?
Applicants short-listed for the selection test and/or selection interview will be notified through email and/or post one week before the selection test/interview dates.

4. Can I make any amendments or changes to my application after submitting the online form?
No amendments or changes can be made to submitted applications. Please ensure that all information you have provided in your application is correct before submission.
