Eligibility
** Students having cleared “Standard Eight” examinations are eligible to apply for scholarships. (i.e. from results of 8th Std onwards)
** No scholarships would be awarded for marks below 50 percentages
Documents Required
** Application Form Dully Filled and Signed
** Statement of marks / Pass certificate of existing / latest examination
** Provide copies of both sides of marksheet in case original has marksheet of 2 pages. If copy not provided correctly, application may be liable for rejection.
** Certified true Copy of Parents / Guardian’s Income Statement / Tax returns is required to be submitted (for scholarship applications).
Application Process
Step 1 : All information mentioned in Form to be properly filled and submitted, Applications without proper information will not be considered for Scholarship by SVNM
Step 2 : Application form to be filled in MS Word and sent to : apps [AT] shrivadnagaranagar.org
Step 3 : On Receipt of your email, acknowledgement email will be sent from Mandal side.
Step 4 : You are also required to send this Form along with Photocopies of other Documents mentioned above to following address

Instructions
** All details are to be submitted as requested above in that order to above mentioned address without which applications would be marked as incomplete.
** All details to be submitted before due date and Mandal will not entertain any late or incomplete submissions.
** All students are required to submit fresh application every year for each subsequent academic achievements
** Provide Cancelled Cheque of the Account in which Prize / Scholarship Amount requires to be credited. Without Cancelled Cheque Copy, Payment will not be processed. NEFT is the only Payment Mode.
Selection Process
** Mandal scrutinizes all applications received before due date on the basis of marks obtained, competition based on number of applications received and also considering family income of parents / guardians as declared.
** Decision of Mandal will be final and no queries shall be entertained with reference to the same.
Last Date
Last Date for Submission of the Form 30th September, 2018. Applications Received after the Last Date will not be considered.
I passed 12th and got 55% in Science stream and I am from Bangalore, Karnataka. Whether I am eligible to apply for this scholarship.
