Application form for the registration of Scholars for Research work :
** To fill the application for registration of Research Work,
** Click on Application form for the registration of Scholars for Research workThe Application for Admission to the Research Room screen is displayed

You need to fill the following details :
** Applicant’s Name Enter the appropriate applicant’s name
** Mobile No : Enter the mobile number of the applicant
** Email Id : Enter the email id of the applicant
** Id Proof : Select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu
** Enter the Id Proof Number : Enter the ID Proof Number Application
** Person Name :(in Block Letters): Enter the person’s name in Block letters
** Degree : Enter the appropriate details
** Designation : Enter the appropriate details
** Profession. : Enter the appropriate details
** Nationality. : Select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu
** Passport No. : Enter the appropriate details
** Permanent Address : Select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu
** Address, in Goa : Select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu
** Subject of Research : Select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu
** Purpose of Research (e.g. for Ph.D. degree. etc.) : Enter the appropriate details
** Period for which admission is sought for :: Enter the appropriate details

** Name of the Record : Enter the appropriate details
** Period : Enter From and To details
** Remarks : Enter the appropriate details
** Recommending Details
** Recommended By(Name in Block Letters) : Enter the appropriate details
** Profession : Enter the appropriate details
** Address : Enter the appropriate details

Submit application :
** After filling the details, click Submit, to submit the record or Reset to bring the screen back to its default settings.
** Once you click Submit, the confirmation alert window pops up, to verify if you want to save the details or not. Click OK to save your details or Cancel to go back to the previous screen.
** An application ID is generated for the application submitted which has to be used for further references. You can download the filled application form and attachments as a PDF from the link provided in the confirmation window.

Note :
e-Service is an attempt to take the service delivery at your doorstep. This site at present does not generate any online certificate/record. It provides a means to submit the application online. The Applicant is requested to retain the Application Reference Number that shall be provided on successful submission of the application. The status of the same shall be made available through SMS/Email.
