Student Registration :
One Time Registration is required by the Students on the e-Kalyan Portal by, filling a generic application form which would capture the basic personal details of the Student

Student Can Login with the User credentials for filling the Online Scholarship Application form for submission. Also, Students have the provision to Upload the Scanned copies of the Certificates/Documents as required on the portal

Important Notes for Students:
If already registered students,no need to register student again in our online portal.

For Post Matric(2017-18) Renewals :
(i) Students will check Previous Year(2016-17) application status by using Student Login.
(ii) Students are eligible for Renewal Application (2017-18) ,if and only if Previous Year (2016-17) application exist in our ekalyan portal.

For Students applying Post Matric application 2017-18 (Within State),if courses are not visible , it is mandatory that all the respective colleges should Map the Courses.

The Students who are taken admission in new courses through lateral entry and already got scholarship in year 2016-17 need to apply for fresh scholarship form for 2017-18 instead of renewal of scholarship form.

For example:
(i)The Students who are applied scholarship for Master of Computer Application Lateral (MCA(L)) need to apply fresh scholarship for MASTER OF COMPUTER APPLICATION(MCA) in 2017-18.
(ii)The Students who are applied scholarship for B.Tech Lateral (Civil) need to apply fresh scholarship for B.Tech (Civil) in 2017-18.

Note:
** Post Matric (Within State & Outside State) Upload the Documents by the students 30th October 2017
** For All Colleges/Institutions (Within State & Outside State) if not registered earlier in our online portal are requested to register immediately. Last date for online registration by the colleges/institutions 15th October 2017
** For All Colleges/Institutions (Within State & Outside State) already registered (Only active colleges) in our online portal are requested to login with their received college login details to upload documents like Upload Affiliation/Recognition,College/Institution Registration Certificate ,Course and Course fee Certificate etc, Letter From Govt. or Compitent Authority by the Colleges/Institutions 15th October 2017.
** In case Colleges/Institutions which have not uploaded/updated their college documents, college will not be eligible for students verification)
** Last date of student verification by Colleges/ Institutions 15th November 2017 (Verification start date 01st November 2017)
