ARKA Scholarship :
NB Institute for Rural Technology (NBIRT) is going to organize a Competitive Examination at Agartala on 11th Sept,2016 from 12.00 noon to 1.00 p.m. for Arka Scholarship Award – 2016 for the students of Tripura now reading in class XI under the TBSE/CBSE/ICSE Board & who have secured minimum 75% marks in the Madhyamik Examination of TBSE/CBSE/ICSE Board of 2016 are eligible for appearing in the examination.

Topic:
The topics of the scholarship examination are General Knowledge, Science and Mathematics (Madhyamik standard) and total marks is 100 (Hundred).
Rules:
Answers will have to be given in the question paper. 12 (twelve) Meritorious Students will be selected. The value of Scholarship is 400/- per month for 18 months (October 2016 to March 2018)
Application Procedure:
Interested candidates may apply in plain paper to the Secretary, NB Institute for Rural Technology (NBIRT), ARKANEER, Sekerkote, West Tripura, Pin-799130 on or before 5th Sept.’2016 on any working days (11 A.M. to 5 P.M. except Wednesday) along with xerox copies of Madhyamik Marksheet, Proof of admission in class-XI, two stamp size photograph (colour), an envelop with self address & postage stamp of Rs. 5/- only.
The application should contain the following details:
Name, Father’s Name, Address, Contact Phone / Mobile No. (if any). The decisions of the committee in respect of selection of eligible candidates will be final.

ARKA SCHOLARSHIP will be given in memory of Late Nirapada Gon Choudhury, Late Parimal Data, Late Haradhan Datta, Late Arun Kumar Biswas, Late Santosh Chandra Sur, Late Gopinath Datta, Late Seba Sinha, Late Amal Kumar Bhattacharjee and Late Basanti Lata Datta Majumder & Two Nos. Special Scholarship will be given by Late Kshetra Mohan Majumdar and Late Sindhurani Majumdar and Late Jagadish Chandra Basu and Late Usha Rani Basu.
