Merit Scholarship:
The academic scholarship is based completely on academic merit of the student. This scholarship is awarded to meritorious students who have consistently displayed academic excellence at qualifying examinations from grade 10 onwards. The scholarship would include waiver of Annual Tution and College fees.

The application for scholarships may be sent via email drmvjfoundation@mvjce.edu.in with scanned copies of the required documents or via post with copies of documents attached to the application.
Engineering UG Scholarship:
Eligibility Criteria for Engineering UG Scholarship:
** The student has to be an Indian National
** The student should be fluent in spoken and written English.
** The student should not have a break in education from the 10th grade onwards.
** Scores in Board Exams
ICSE and CBSE Boards:
Minimum yearly aggregate of 85% (Physics, Chemistry, Math, English) from 10th Grade Onwards ORSSLC/ other State Boards: Minimum yearly aggregate of 90% (Physics, Chemistry, Math, English) from 10th Grade Onwards
CET Ranking:
The CET ranking of the student should be less than 1000. Only candidates who have passed all the examinations in the first appearance are eligible for Scholarship / Award. (Supplementary exam marks are not considered).
How to Apply to the UG Engineering Programs Scholarship:
** Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria may apply for the Dr M.V. Jayaraman Foundation by providing all the necessary documentation for proof of eligibility.
** Candidates interested in the scholarship may either obtain the scholarship application form from the Admission office at the college or may download the same from the college website.
** Application along with all supporting documents for scholarships should be submitted to the admission cell of the College on/before May 16th of the admission year. (Please check list of documents required in application form)
** Ensure that all the documents being submitted along with the application forms are notarized
** MVJCE will check the eligibility of the candidate to apply for scholarship and will either accept or reject the scholarship application.
** In case of acceptance of scholarship application, the candidate will be provided with a scholarship reference number for further communication and processing.
** On announcement of CET ranks, candidates whose applications have been accepted by the College and who have received a CET rank less the 1000 should confirm their rank details to the College within 2 days of announcement of the CET results along with their choice of course.
** Delays (beyond 2 days of announcement of CET results) in confirmation of the rank details and preferred course will lead to rejection of scholarship application.
** The college shall announce the candidates shortlisted for interview by the Scholarship Selection Committee.
** On completion of the interview process, the list of candidates selected by the committee along with the course allocation shall be communicated to the candidates.
** On announcement of the candidates selected, the candidates are required to confirm acceptance of scholarship within 2 days of announcement of the list. In case of non-confirmation within the stipulated date, the college shall award the scholarship to another candidate.
** Candidates accepting the scholarship will have to visit the college along with all original documents and complete the documentation process required for granting of scholarship.
** On completion of the documentation process, the student is required to select the seat through the CET counseling process.
** The course selected during the counseling process should be same as the course for which the scholarship is granted. Any variances will lead to cancellation of scholarship.
** On completion of CET counseling process, the candidate is required to submit proof of seat selection and complete admission formalities at the college the very next day of their counseling.
** Delays in completing the admission formalities within the stipulated time will lead to cancellation of scholarship.
