Post Matric Scholarship :

Post Matric Scholarship is a Central Sector Scheme. Annual income of Parents – Not to exceed ` 2,00,000.00 per annum.

Under this scheme are awarded to the meritorious Students from notified minority communities viz. Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhist, Zoroastrians(Parsis) and Jains, students pursuing any course in Government or Private institute from class XI to Ph.D level who have secured not less than 50% marks or equivalent grade in the previous final examination are eligible for Post Matric Scholarship for the year 2016-17 to be awarded by the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Govt. of India.

Applications for Post Matric Scholarship are to be submitted on-line through this URL scholarships.gov.in. Print out of duly filled-in application forms are also to be submitted to their respective institution. alongwith all supporting documents.

Only Online application under Post Matric scholarship Scheme will be accepted and no request for an Offline application will be entertained. It may be noted that submission of Aadhaar is Mandatory.

Last date for submission of Online application for Fresh and Renewal scholarship by students for Class XI and XII is 31st August 2016 and for students for Higher Education like ITIs , Diploma, B.Ed. , M.Phil. and Ph.D. etc the last date is 31st October 2016.
