Eligibility Criteria to apply for Lila Poonawalla Foundation Scholarship:
1. Age Limit : 30 Years
2. Family’s total annual income should be less than Rs. 3,00,000/-
3. Candidate should have secured minimum 55% marks in 10th, 12th standard and graduation.
4. Only those who are planning to take admission in any college in Pune district to pursue Post Graduation in any steam in academic year 2016 -2017 can apply
5. The scholarship amount will be decided on merit, need and performance in interview but will not exceed Rs. 60,000/- per year.
6. The scholarship is for a period of two /three academic years and is subject to the candidate passing in all subjects and securing a minimum overall score of 60% marks each academic year in the same college. For each subsequent year, the candidate will have to submit the University / College mark sheet for verification before raising the claim.
7. It is mandatory to attend minimum three training workshops per year arranged by the Foundation and the continuation of the scholarship will depend on the same.

I m Ph. D. Student in Archeology Deccan College, Pune. My basic degree is G.D.Art and M.A.(Indology) in TMV, Pune. I have found an archeological site in Limb near Satara. Deccan college has sent proposal for excavation, to archeological serve of India. I am the team leader. I am confident that human civilization in that region would date back to satvahan period( 1-3 Cen. A.D.) I have already left my job and I am fully devoting my energy on the project.
