Resonance Scholarship Programme(RSP) :

To motivate,reward and financially assist the deserving and meritorious students,Resonance offers different Scholarships under Resonance Scholarship Programme(RSP).

Resonance offers three kinds of scholarship :

a)General Scholarship Programme(GSP)
b)Selection-linked Scholarship Programme(SSP)
c)Unique Scholarship Programme(USP)

General Scholarship Programme is divided into 3 categories :

1.GSP based on past academic performance in :
a)Board Examination
b)Govt.sponsored/recognized scholarship/talent-reward examinations.
c)Career Oriented Competitive Examinations.
2.GSP based on students past association with Resonance.
3.GSP based on performance Resonance National Entrance Test(ResoNET)

Selection-linked Scholarship Programme :
Selection-linked Scholarship Programme(SSP) is a post-study scholarship programme which is granted to the student as reimbursement of complete/partial Course Fee after completion of the course & declaration of the result of competitive examinations(IIT-JEE,AIEEE,AIPMT & other Medical Entrance Examinations)in the form of full/partial reimbursement of Course Fee linked to quality of rank/result.

Objective of Unique Scholarship Programme :
The objective behind USP is to reward, nurture and financially support the students who are having outstanding talent & intelligence required to succeed in IIT-JEE. The financial support will be proficiently complimented by systematic classroom coaching for IIT-JEE at Resonance. The USP shall equip the student to focus purely on IIT-JEE preparation without facing any financial burden (Zero Cost) by reimbursing his/her pre-IIT-JEE (Schooling-Living-Coaching Expenses in Kota for a period of Max. 02 Years) & post-IIT-JEE (during stay at any of the IITs for a period of Max. 04 Years) studies.

Basic Eligibility Criteria  :

** The student should be a permanent resident of India.
** The student shall appear in ResoNET : 2011 (Resonance National Entrance Test for admission in any of the Yearlong Classroom Contact Programmes for preparation of IIT-JEE) for admission in academic session 2011-12. Also the student should be declared qualified for USP in the result of ResoNET: 2011; and an intimation of the same shall be made officially on website to the student.
** The student should study in any of the Yearlong Classroom Contact Programmes (YCCPs) of Resonance at Kota for a minimum period of one academic session (2011-12) for the courses JF & JR and two academic sessions for the courses JA & JB (2011-12 & 2012-13).
** The student shall study (schooling, coaching) at Resonance for a minimum period of one academic session for the courses JF & JR and two academic sessions for the courses JA & JB.
** For the student joining Resonance in Class-XI or Class-XII : The student should have secured Minimum 90% Marks (aggregate) or equivalent Grade and 95% Marks in Science & Maths or equivalent Grade in Class-X Board Examinations (CBSE/ICSE/any State Board or equivalent) in the Year 2010-2011 or 2009-2010.
** For the student joining Resonance in Class-XIII (after Class-XII) : The student shall secure/have secured Minimum 80% Marks (aggregate) or equivalent Grade and 85% Marks in Physics, Chemistry & Maths or equivalent Grade in Class-XII Board Examinations (CBSE/ICSE/any State Board or equivalent) in the Year-2011.
** All meritorious students under top – 10 (declared in public/merit list in a reputed newspaper) of any Board are eligible for USP through ResoNET-2011.
** All Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) qualified students are eligible for USP through ResoNET-2011 with or without having minimum academic performance (Board %) as mentioned above.
** All the qualified students of Regional/National Level Olympiads (Physics, Maths & Chemistry), participants/winners of International Olympiads (IPhO, IMO, IChO) qualified students are eligible for USP through ResoNET-2011 with or without having minimum academic performance (Board %) as mentioned above.
** All the five heads of USP are applicable to the students coming to Kota City from outside. For the students of Kota City, all the heads except 03 will be applicable under USP. At other Study Centres : only the Head-04 & Head-05 shall be applicable.

What are the major heads of Unique Scholarship Programme :
The USP aims at 100% substitution of academic and related expenses (Zero Cost) to be incurred by the student on his/her studies from Class-XI onward (till Graduation from IITs). This will include following 05 major scholarship heads :

The Performance-linked Rewards are applicable :
** To the students of all study centres (subject to the Terms & Conditions).
** To the students of Yearlong Classroom Contact Programme (YCCPs).
** To the students of IIT-JEE, AIEEE & AIPMT Division.

Terms & Conditions :

** To become eligible for the PRP rewards; all students across the Resonance Study Centres nationwide should be appear in the periodic Test.
** To become eligible for the PRP rewards; there should be a common paper (without any change) across the Resonance Study Centres nationwide in the periodic Test.
** A student will be eligible for any of the rewards on the basis of All Resonance Rank (ARR) but if he/she doesn’t satisfy the minimum % criterion; then he/she will be considered for the reward equivalent to his/her % marks in the Cumulative Test (CT).
If there is more number of eligible students than the specified numbers; the reward amount shall be proportionately shared amongst the all eligible students.

  1. My sister is studying in 10th class. So how can we get scholarship for her future studies and she in interested to taking biology subject and wants to complete her further studies…
    So please solve my query.
