I do not get My fellowship under RGNF for about 6 months. Even though I submitted all the necessary certificate like continuation certificate and HRA certificate. Can you please tell me how to handle?

I was selected for RGNF in the year 2014-15. Then, I have been doing M.Phil under RGNF for more than 9 months from the date of registration of my M.Phil. Now I am planning to complete my M.Phil and join Ph.d. Will this fellowship be continued in Ph.d?
