What is OakNorth STEM Scholarship?

The OakNorth Scholarship and Mentorship Programme 2026-27 is a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative by OakNorth to support underprivileged women pursuing higher education in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). The programme offers a one-time scholarship of INR 30,000 to first-year female students from Bihar and Jharkhand who have passed Class 12 and are enrolled in a STEM degree at a government college, which may be located anywhere in India. Last date of application is 20th September 2026.

Eligibility of OakNorth STEM Scholarship

** Open to domiciled students of Bihar or Jharkhand.
** Only female students are eligible to apply.
** Must be pursuing the first year of a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) degree at a government college. The college may be located anywhere in India, provided the applicant submits valid proof of domicile from Bihar or Jharkhand.
** Applicants must have scored a minimum of 75% marks in Class 12.
** Total annual parental income must not exceed INR 3,00,000 from all sources.
** Children of employees of OakNorth and Buddy4Study are not eligible to apply.

Benefits of OakNorth STEM Scholarship

A one-time fixed scholarship of INR 30,000 will be awarded to each selected student.

To apply for OakNorth STEM Scholarship, Follow the below steps

Steps:
** Go to the link given above and Click on the ‘Apply Now’ button.
** Log in to Buddy4Study using a registered ID to land on the ‘Online Application Form Page’.
** If not registered, please register at Buddy4Study with your Email/Mobile number/Google account.
** You will now be redirected to the ‘OakNorth Scholarship and Mentorship Programme 2026-27’ application form page.
** Click on the ‘Start Application’ button to begin the application process.
** Fill in the required details in the online scholarship application form.
** Upload the required documents.
** Accept the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and click on ‘Preview’.
** If all the details filled in by the applicant are correctly showing on the preview screen, click on the ‘Submit’ button to complete the application process.

Required Documents For OakNorth STEM Scholarship

** CV/resume of the applicant
** Class 10 marksheet, Class 12 marksheet, and previous semester marksheets (if applicable)
** Copy of Masked Aadhaar Card
** Family income proof (e.g., a letter from the SDM/DM/Tehsildar or equivalent authority, proof of income tax returns, or an affidavit)

Domicile proof from Bihar or Jharkhand (any one of):
** Ration card
** Affidavit attested by the gram panchayat/registrar office
** Domicile certificate
** Caste/income certificate that mentions the state
