What is Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarship?
The Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarships recognise 100 exceptional students annually, pursuing future-ready disciplines, including Engineering, Technology, Energy and Life Sciences. Selected undergraduate students will be provided a scholarship of up to Rs. 2 lakhs, while postgraduate students will receive a scholarship of up to Rs. 6 lakhs, through the duration of their programme. Last date of application is 5th October 2026.

Who Can Apply For Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarship?
An applicant must:
** Be a resident Indian citizen
** First-year PG students who have a GATE score between 550 and 1,000 OR an undergraduate CGPA of 7.5 or above (or percentage normalised to CGPA).
** Eligible degree programmes: Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics & Computing, Electrical/or Electronics Engg., Chemical Engg., Mechanical Engg., Renewable & New Energy, Material, Science & Engg. and Life Sciences.

** Log in to Buddy4Study using a registered ID to land on the ‘Online Application Form Page.’ If not registered, applicants may register on Buddy4Study using their Email, Mobile number, or Google account
** Applicants will then be redirected to the official ‘Reliance Foundation Scholarships 2026-27’ page.
** Please note that your application form has to be submitted on the Reliance Foundation official page.
** Fill out the online Eligibility Questionnaire
** Kindly select the aptitude test date and submit your application. (Aptitude test is mandatory to be considered for the scholarship)

Documents Required For Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarship
The applicants are required to attach the following documents at the time of application:
** Applicant’s photograph (passport size)
** Address proof (permanent address)
** Aadhar Card(mandatory)
** Current resume
** Marksheets of Class 10 and 12 board examinations
** Marksheet of the GATE Entrance Examination (if applicable)
** Official transcript/marksheet of the undergraduate degree
** Bonafide Student Certificate from the current college/institution of enrolment
** Two essays: Personal Statement and Statement of Purpose
** Two reference letters: one academic and one character
** Experience certificate/letter(s) from work experience or internships (if applicable)
** Official Disability Certificate issued by the relevant Government authority (if applicable)
** Family income proof issued by the Gram Panchayat/Ward Councillor/Sarpanch, or Income Proof issued by the SDM/DM/CO/Tehsildar
** PAN and Bank details are also required to be submitted after the application has been submitted
