Family Income :
Parents/ guardian’s annual income from all sources shall not exceed Rs. 2,50,000 (Two Lakh Fifty Thousand)
Other Conditions:
The student shall be pursuing education in any Govt. or Govt. Aided High School and Higher Secondary School within the state. Student shall be attending classes regularly after enrolment

Step-8 : The preview of the completed form will appear on the page. Download the forms and take its print out.
