What is NSF Postgraduate Scholarship?
Narotam Sekhsaria Foundation (NSF) Postgraduate Scholarship Programme aims at enabling meritorious students to pursue postgraduate studies at prestigious institutions in India and abroad. Final-Year Undergraduates, Graduates, Working Professionals, and Postgraduates can apply. All applications for the Narotam Sekhsaria’s scholarships for post-graduation are invited by the Foundation in the month of January for every academic year.
Eligibility of NSF Postgraduate Scholarship
** Applicant must be an Indian national, residing in India
** Applicant must be below 30 years of age as of January 31, 2026
** Applicant must have graduated from an accredited Indian University
** Students in their final year of the degree course or those awaiting results are also eligible.
** Applicants planning to pursue Postgraduate studies at institutions in India and abroad from Fall 2026.
** Applicants who have applied and are awaiting an acceptance from the university are also eligible to apply.
** The award of scholarship is subject to securing admission.
How To Apply For NSF Postgraduate Scholarship?
The application process at the Narotam Sekhsaria Foundation assess the students applying for its repayable interest free financial assistance which follows a rigorous assessment system. The scholarship, each year, is awarded to a set of Indian students who have a consistently high academic record.
Step-1:

Step-2:
Once successfully registered, the applicant must log in using the email address and password created during the registration process.
Step-3:
Applicant to make the payment of Rs.500/- online in order the access the application form. Registration fees are non-refundable.
Step-4:
Applicant to fill the details in ‘Full Application Part 1-2-3’ and submit the form. An automated confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.
Step-5:
Applicants shortlisted for the next phase of the selection process will be required to upload the requested documents.
Step-6:
Shortlisted candidates will need to attend interviews, which will be scheduled between April and June 2026.
Step-7:
Selected scholars will be required to attend an in-person Orientation Programme in July 2026 in Mumbai. Attendance is mandatory for both the interviews and the Orientation Programme.
Documents Required For NSF Postgraduate Scholarship
Only candidates selected for the next phase will be required to submit the following documents:
** Attested copies of the mark sheets of all years of the under-graduate study and post-graduate study, if any
** Attested copies of score cards of any qualifying examination taken. (E.g. GRE, GMAT, CAT, GATE, etc.)
** University Acceptance letter with the fee structure
** Reference Letters
** Any document indicating an award of any other funding, scholarship, fee waiver, etc.
** Latest Income Tax Returns of co-applicant
** Attested copy of the passport
Please Note:
Apart from the above-mentioned documents, the Foundation may request the applicant to submit any other document required to verify the details provided. Chosen candidates will have to attend an interview sometime during April/June 2026. The Interview and Orientation are mandatory and the scholarship is subject to you attending both.
