What is Schaeffler India HOPE Engineering Scholarship?
The HOPE Engineering Scholarship by Schaeffler India 2025 program extends financial assistance to female engineering students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, facilitating their pursuit of education. This program offers financial support to female students nationwide who are enrolled in their first year of engineering studies who belong to economically weaker sections of society and need financial assistance to pursue their education. They can receive financial aid worth INR 50,000. Last date of scholarship application is 12th July 2025.
Eligibility of Schaeffler India HOPE Engineering Scholarship
1. Open to female students across India enrolled in the first year of an engineering program at any state or UGC-recognised college.
2. Preference will be given to students with disabilities.
3. Applicants must have secured at least 60% marks in Class 12 (Science stream) in the academic year 2024–25. For PWD applicants, the minimum required marks are 40% in Class 12 (Science stream).
4. Preference will be given to students pursuing the following engineering branches:
** Computer Science and Engineering
** Information Technology
** Electrical and Electronics
** Electronics and Communication
** Mechanical
** Production
** Instrumentation
** Mechatronics
** Automobile
5. The annual family income of the applicant should not exceed INR 5,00,000.
6. Children of employees of Schaeffler India or Buddy4Study are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.
