Exam Eligibility, Mode, Date & Test Place:
All Students from Class 5,6,7,8,9,10 who have applied for TALLENTEX 2024 will be eligible to appear in the TALLENTEX Exam. The exam will be held on 14th Oct to 22nd Oct 2023 in online mode and on 29th Oct & 05th Nov 2023 in offline mode. Students can take this test in both modes separately.

What is TALLENTEX?

Who can appear in TALLENTEX 2024?
Students studying in classes V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, & X in 2023-24 can appear in TALLENTEX 2024.

How and when will the exam be conducted?
TALLENTEX Exam will be conducted in both online and offline mode. The offline exam will be held on 29th October and 5th November 2023.

The online proctored exam will be held on 7 days (14th Oct, 15th Oct, 17th Oct, 18th Oct, 19th Oct, 21st Oct, 22nd Oct 2023). Students can select their preferred slots for the online exam from the available slots at the time of filling the registration form.

B. Purchase FORM from any ALLEN Center, fill-in and deposit. Only applicable for the Offline exam.

What are the fee and the confirmation of registration for TALLENTEX 2024?
For Offline mode, the registration fee is Rs.300/- (Non refundable).
For Online proctored mode, the registration fee is Rs.300/- (Non refundable).
After making the payment, the student will be allotted a TALLENTEX Roll Number, a confirmation message on the registered mobile number, and a fee acknowledgement receipt.

Do I need to create a new account for TALLENTEX 2024 if I already have created an account for TALLENTEX 2023?
Yes, you’d need to create a new account. After registration, you can enter your last year’s roll number or registered mobile number for the previous year. You will get all your details filled in automatically.

What is the marking scheme for TALLENTEX 2024?
For Class V, VI & VII: +4 for correct answer (No Negative Marking for wrong answer)
For Class Vlll, IX & X: +4 for correct answer & -1 for wrong answer (Negative Marking)

What is the last date for registration?
10 Days before the examination date (Offline exam) and 4 Days before the examination date (Online exam)

What will be the Syllabus for the exam?

If many students secure equal aggregate marks, a higher rank will be given by comparing subject scores in priority of IQ, Maths, Physics & Chemistry. If all the subject scores are equal, lower-age students will be given a higher rank.

Can I win cash rewards for both online and offline exams?
Yes. Offline and online exams are separate tests, and ranks will be calculated separately for each. Cash rewards and scholarships will be awarded to eligible students as per their ranks in the online as well as offline tests.

If a student opts to appear for both online and offline mode exams, he/she will give two separate tests, and hence eligible to receive scholarship and cash rewards for both modes, as per their individual ranks in each test.

However, if a student appears for the online exam itself multiple times by registering for multiple slots, they will be eligible for a maximum of single cash reward and scholarship for online exams, based on the highest performance across all online exam attempts.

What is a proctored exam?
Proctored exams are timed exams that you take while proctoring software monitors your computer’s desktop, webcam video and audio. The data recorded by the proctoring software is transferred to a proctoring service for review, and a trust score is generated.

What is a trustscore?
Trust Scores is a mechanism to enforce test integrity and is a good indicator of the test credibility for users taking the Proctored online exam. The student’s behavior and movements during the online proctored test are recorded and evaluated by software. Students start off their tests with a trust score of 100%, which is progressively reduced with every non-compliant behavior. Trust score will be an important decision parameter for online exam – Lower trust score may impact the cash rewards and scholarship despite great test scores.

What is the test taking process for an online exam?
Students will have to click on the exam link (Shared via SMS). Login details will be provided prior to the test. Students should log in 30 mins prior to the test start time. Students should make sure that the internet connection is good.

What is a mock test?
A mock test will be provided to the students who have opted for the Online mode exam. It will help the user to experience the test taking process and resolve any tech issues.

When will I receive the results of the exam?
Results will be published in the last week of November 2023.
