What is Praxis Women in Tech (WiT) Scholarship?

Praxis Women in Tech (WiT) Scholarship is an initiative of Praxis Business School. Under this scholarship programme, girl students enrolling in Post Graduate Program in Data Science (PGPDS) and Post Graduate Program in Data Engineering (PGPDE) at Praxis Business School will be entitled to receive a scholarship of INR 1,00,000 towards their course fees. Last date to apply for scholarship is 28th February 2022.

Eligibility

For Post Graduate Program in Data Science Scholarships:
** Women candidates enrolling into the Post Graduate Program in Data Science (PGPDS) at Praxis Business School are eligible.
** Applicants must clear the Praxis Admission Test (PAT).
** Open for Indian nationals only.

Applicants must fulfil the following academic requirements :
** Must be graduates with minimum 60% marks in any of the following disciplines from a recognized or deemed university:
** BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (with Economics/Statistics as one of the subjects); OR
** Must be graduates from any other stream with Mathematics/Statistics as one of the subjects; OR
** Must be postgraduates with minimum 60% marks in any of the following disciplines from a recognized/deemed university or a recognized college:
** ME/M.Tech/MBA/PGDM/MSc (with Economics/ Statistics as one of the subjects)
** Must have obtained at least 60% marks in Class 10 and 12.

For Post Graduate Program in Data Engineering (PGPDE) Scholarships:
Women candidates enrolling on the Post Graduate Program in Data Engineering (PGPDE) at Praxis Business School are eligible.

Applicants must fulfil the following academic requirements :
** Must hold a B.Tech, BCA/MCA or BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science/IT;
** Must have obtained at least 50% or 5 GPA in Class 10, 12 and Graduation.
** Open for Indian nationals only.

** Passport photograph
** Address Proof (for address ticked as preferred physical correspondence address)
** Current Resume
** Marksheet of 10th Class Board Examination
** Marksheet of 12th Class Board Examination
** Marksheet of Praxis Admission Test (if applicable)
** Official transcript/marksheet of your undergraduate and postgraduate degree
** Bonafide Student Certificate of current college/institution of enrollment, or Student ID Card

Steps:

** Click on the ‘Apply Now’ button below.
** Login to Buddy4Study using a registered ID to land onto the ‘Online Application Form Page’.
** If not registered on Buddy4Study – Register with your Email/Mobile Number/Gmail account.
** You will now be redirected to the ‘Praxis Women in Tech Scholarship’ official page.
** Click on the program you want to apply for. After reading the instructions, click on the ‘Apply Now’ button.
** Fill in all the required details and register.
** Once registered, login to complete the application process.
** Pay the application fee for the course applied through Credit/Debit card or Net Banking.
** Submit the application.

Selection Process

The scholars will be selected on the basis of their merit through a rigorous and competitive selection process. The selection of scholars for the Praxis Women in Tech (WiT) Scholarship involves a multi-stage process as detailed below –

** Initial screening of applications on the basis of profile and scores obtained
** Online personal interview of the shortlisted candidates for final selection

The decision of Praxis Business School is final and binding in case of awarding the scholarships.
