Delhi Merit Scholarship For Colleges/Professional Students

Online applications are invited for Merit Scholarship to SC/ST/OBC/Minority students studying in recognised Colleges/Professional/Technical Institutions for the year 2020-21.

Who Can Apply?

** Merit Scholarship to SC/ST/OBC/Minorities students studying in recognised Colleges/Professional/ Technical Institutions.
** The students should not have less than 60% marks in previous academic year.

** Family income is not applicable in case of SC/ST students. But family income ceiling of the parents in r/o OBC and Minority students is Rs. 3.00 Lakh Per annum

How to Apply?

Applicants can be submitted their Application online on e-district portal for the Financial Year 2020-21.

Step 1 : Applicants can apply online through E-district Portal of NIC Delhi provided above.
Step 2 : If you are already registered user, Click Registered User Login link and Enter the below details

Registered User Login

Step 1 : Enter Your User Id [12356]
Step 2 : Enter Your Password
Step 3 : Enter Your Type the code shown
Step 4 : Click Login button

Citizen Registration Form

New User click the Registration link in the Login page and follow the below steps
Step 1 : Select Your Document Type [Aadhaar/ Voter Id]
Step 2 : Enter Document No. As per your Selection [1234560000]
Step 3 : Type the security code
Step 4 : Accept the terms & conditions and Click Continue button

Get UserId & Password

You can get your User Id & Password if you forget your mobile no. on e-district Portal.
Step 1 : Select Whether you had availed any service/Certificate form e-District Delhi [Yes/ No]
Step 2 : Select the Document Type [Aadhaar]
Step 3 : Enter your Document No. [123456780000]
Step 4 : Enter the Name on Document [Azar]
Step 5 : Enter your Date of Birth [15/03/1997]
Step 6 : Select your Gender [Male/ Female/ Transgender]
Step 7 : Enter your Mobile No.[9876543210] OR Enter your Email ID
Step 8 : Type the code and Click Get User Id & Password button

Amount of Assistance & Level of Education

Course of Study Group-A

1. Degree course in medical/engineering/B.Sc. (Agri)/ Veterinary Science/Forensic Science/Higher Technical and professional studies (ii) Degree level course in Indian medicine B.A.M.S & comparable course in Ayurvedic, Unani/ Tibbia and Homeopathy system of Medicine.

Degree courses and technical /professional and vocational courses
** Hostellers Rs.20000/- per Annum
** Day Scholar Rs.12000/- per Annum

2. Post graduate courses in above and other technical and professional courses
** Hostellers Rs.24000/- per Annum
** Day Scholar Rs.15000/- per Annum

Course of Study Group-B

1. Diploma level courses in Indian medicine B.A.M.S & comparable course in Ayurvedic, Unani/Tibbia and Homeopathy system of Medicine.

2. Diploma level course in Engg. Technology, Architecture, Printing Technology, Overseer, Draftsman Surveyor, Hotel Management, Catering, Applied Nutrition, Commercial Pilot License Wireless & TV Operator Sound Recording & Engineering, Photography, Film Direction, Acting, Screenplay Writing.

3. Post graduate courses in science subjects.
4. (Above mentions) diploma level and post graduate diploma courses in technical / professional and vocational courses.
** Hostellers Rs.15000/- per Annum.
** Day Scholar Rs.9000/- per Annum.

Course of Study Group-C

(i) Certificate courses in Engg. Technology, Architecture & Medicine Diploma & Certificate courses in Agri/Vet Sc/Fisheries/Dairy/Public Health/Sanitary Inspector/Rural services/Library Science/subofficers course in National fire service college Nagpur, Degree/Post graduate Diploma & Post Graduate course in teachers training/ Library Sc./ Physical Edn/ Music/ Fine/ Arts/ Law/ Craft Instructor/ Passenger Transport Management/ Associate degree in Pharmacy.

(ii) Certificate course in technical / professional and vocational courses form Govt. / recognised institutes (course duration at least one year)
** Hostellers Rs.12000/- per Annum.
** Day Scholar Rs.8000/- per Annum.

Course of Study Group-D

(i) General courses upto graduate level
** Hostellers Rs.12000/- per Annum.
** Day Scholar Rs.8000/- per Annum.

(ii) Post Graduate studies in Arts & Commerce & other subjects
** Hostellers Rs.15000/- per Annum.
** Day Scholar Rs.9000/- per Annum.
