Merit Cum Means Scholarship For Professional Students 2015-16:
Central Government’s Minority Welfare Department has invited Merit cum means scholarship online applications from minority communities (Christian, Muslim, Sikh, Parsi, Jain) of Kerala for professional students for the academic year 2015-16.
** Applicants should be from Minority Communities of Christian, Muslim,Sikh, Parsi,Jain.
** Applicants should be born in Kerala
** Applicants’ family annual income should be less than 2.50 lakhs.
** Applicants should have obtained 50% marks in HSE. For fresh scholarship, marks obtained in the plus two are taken as base.
** Applicants should not receive any other scholarship or stipend for Btech course.
** Applicants should have account in any nationalized bank with IFSC Code in their own name.
** More than two members from the same family cannot avail the scholarship.
** All information about the scholarship can be obtained from National Scholarship Portal scholarships.gov.in. Link is available in the Minority Welfare Department’s website www.minorityaffairs.gov.in also.
** Last date for applying to the scholarship is 30th September 2015.Scholarships sanctioned will be according to the rules and conditions laid down by the Central Government. Online applications will only be entertained. Manual applications will not be accepted.

** Last date for online application November 15th 2015
** Applicants who give Incorrect and untrue information will not be accepted at any cost.
** Form this academic year 2015-16 onwards print out copies of online applications will not be accepted.
