Institute Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship 2015-16:

This form is to be filled by graduate/post-graduate students whose family annual income is not more than Rs.90,000/- ( Rupees ninety thousand only) during the period April 2015 to March 2016

Last date of submission of complete Application Form: 13.11.2015 (Friday) by 17.00 hrs

Annual Income of Family :

The income must be authenticated as follows :
(a) Person receiving salary/pension – Certificate by competent Government authorities not below the rank of Sub-Divisional Magistrate or equivalent – Original certificate is to be submitted – must be issued on or after April 1, 2015.

(b) Self employed persons – Income certificate issued by Government authorities not below rank of Sub-Divisional Magistrate or equivalent – Original certificate is to be submitted – must be issued on or after April 1, 2015.

I have enclosed original/self attested photocopies of following documents/ certificates:
1) Original Income certificate during the current financial year and issued by the competent Govt. Official not below the rank of Sub-Divisional Magistrate or equivalent – must be issued on or after April 1, 2015.
2) Self attested photocopy of 12th class Mark sheet (for 1st year students only)
3) Self attested photocopy of All India Rank card of Joint Entrance Examination (main) [for 1st year students only]
4) Self attested photocopy of updated mark sheets of all semesters of the Institute
5) Copy of Bona fide Certificate of the Institute
6) Self attested photocopy of I-Card of the Institute
7) Copy of Hostel Bona fide Certificate of the Institute
8) Self attested photocopy of cast certificate (OBC-NCL certificate should be issued on or after April 1, 2015)

The language for all the documents/certificates etc. Should be. English or Hindi and should be properly legalized.
