HPBOSE Dr. Radha Krishnan Scholarship

HP Board of School Education Dharamshala invites applications for Dr. Radha Krishnan Scholarship for the year 2019-20. Dr.Radha Krishnan Scholarship is awarded by the HPBOSE every year to 14 candidates of Matric and 14 candidates of 10+2 class.

Who Can Apply?

The candidates whose family income from all sources is up to Rs.1, 00,000/- per annum shall be eligible for this scholarship. For each category of needy and meritorious students 90% scholarship shall be earmarked on the basis of merit and family income.

Step 2 : Then download the application form from the official website or you can directly download it from below mentioned link.

Step 3 : Fill the application form with the required details and forward the application form duly filled in so as to reach the same to the Section Officer, Plus Two-1 and Matric -II, H.P. Board of School Education Dharamshala District Kangra-176213 latest by 15-01-2020.

Rate Of Scholarship

Terms & Conditions

** Scholarship will be allotted in the ratio of 90:10, 90% for the student of all categories (Marks 65% and above, income s Rs.1,00,000 ) and 10% for differently-abled student (Marks 50% and above, income s Rs.1,00,000) for the examination held in March 2019.

** Any claim to the Scholarship shall be regulated by the provisions of the scheme in force at the time when the Trust decides to award a scholarship to the needy/meritorious student(s)

** The scholarship given under this scheme shall be in addition to the scholarship paid by Board under the provisions of chapter 15 of the H.P. Board of School Education Examination Regulation, 1994.

** 10% scholarship would be earmarked for differently-abled candidates (deaf, mute, blind and disabled) with at least 40% disability who have appeared and passed one of the Examination mentioned at (c) above, in second division or above.

** The eligibility of the candidate entitled to get benefit under the scheme will be based on the Annual income of his family and the percentage of Marks obtained. Both the conditions of Annual Income and percentage of Marks will carry credit of 10 marks each.

** Total number of annual Scholarship is 14 each for Matriculation and Plus Two Exam. The number of Scholarship may be increased or decreased by the Trust.

Cancellation Of Scholarship

In case on an inquiry it is found that any student/guardian has furnished false information to obtain the scholarship, the scholarship shall be cancelled and the amount, if any, disbursed to the student by way of this scholarship shall be recovered from the student/parent/guardian along with interest at the rate of 15% per annum.
