Who Can Apply?
Students pursiung M.D. / DNB in the subjects of Pathology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Transfusion Medicine. Or DCP with one year experience are eligible to apply.
Important Dates
** Issue of application forms – 10.10.2018
** Last date for receipt of filled-in application forms – 15.11.2018
** Date of Entrance examination – 19.11.2018
** Date of commencement of course – 03.12.2018
How to Apply?
Interested candidates are advised to submit pertinent information in the application form available on the website of The Academy on or before 15.11.2018 along with an application fee of Rs.1000/- drawn in favour of SDUAHER payable at Kolar
Applications should accompany attested copies of relevant documents in support of the eligibility criteria and should be sent to the Registrar, Sri Devaraj Urs Academy of Higher Education and Research, Kolar.
Documents Required
List of documents to be enclosed along with the application form
1. Under Graduate / Post Graduate Degree marks cards.
2. Under Graduate / Post Graduate Degree Certificates.
3. No Objection Certificate from the Head of the department and the institute where he/she is employed.
4. Passport size Photograph (5 Nos.) of the candidate.
5. Application fee of Rs.1,000/- in the form of DD drawn in favor of Sri Devaraj Urs Academy of Higher Education and Research, payable at Kolar.
