Raj & Sarla Bhargava Scholarship 2015-16 :
Applications are invited from the students who are studying in final year B.Tech. Electronics and Communication Engineering for grant of Raj and Sarla Bhargava Scholarship.

The aim of the scholarship is to provide financial assistance to a student on need cum merit basis. The scholarship would be given to a student on the basis of his / her overall performance in academics, extracurricular activities and discipline. The scholarship will be granted for a period of one academic year only.
Terms and conditions for being considered for the said Scholarship are as follows:-
(1) Applicant should not be getting any financial assistance from any other source.
(2) The applicant must be an Indian citizen.
(3) Only the students of final year B.Tech. (Electronics and Communication) are eligible for the scholarship.
(4) Only those student will be considered for the award of scholarship whose parental income is less than Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees:- two lac ) per annum.
(5) Scholarship amount will be reimbursed to the student through bank transfer or cheque.
(6) If at any adverse report against the applicant, the scholarship can be withdrawn without assigning any reasons.
(7) The above terms and conditions may be changed at any time without prior notice and the decision of the Director in all matters will be final. There is no legal commitment on the part of MNIT for payment of the scholarship.
(8) The value of the scholarship is Rs 1000/- per month for one year and is awarded on the basis of academic performance till III year of B. Tech. course:
Application Procedure:
Interest students may obtain from MNIT website at Student Comer Duly filled prescribed form should be submitted to the office of Dean Student Welfare, latest by 20th August 2015.
The following documents need to be enclosed with the application are:-
1.Family income certificate issued by competent authority.
2.Copy of the Grade Sheets for all semesters.
3.Certificate of achievement during course in MNIT.
