CEPT Female Student UG Means Based Scholarship
CEPT University invites applications for Female Student Scholarship Means Based for UG FA students admitted in 2018-19 .

This is a means based scholarship available to eligible female students for the full duration of the program (five years) subject to successful completion of each semester’s full course work in first attempt.
Who Can Apply?
Female students successfully admitted to Bachelor of Architecture program in 2018 with total family income less than Rs. 10 lakhs per annum are eligible to apply.

Steps :
Step 1 : Go to the official website of CEPT University provided above.
Step 2 : Download the application form from the official website or you can directly download it from below mentioned link.

Step 3 : Fill the application form with the required details and submit the scholarship application form to scholarship committee, along with required documents on or before scheduled date and time.
Renewal Process :
From second semester and on wards, an awardee of Mean Scholarship must successfully complete full course-work (pass all the courses she has registered for), and achieve C grade (Grade point 2), in the previous semester, in order to be eligible for renewal of Scholarship.

Documents Required
Applicant must submit the documents listed below along with the scholarship application form
** Income Tax Return Financial Year 2017-18 Assessment Year 2018-19 of all the earning family member is to be produced
** If the parent/guardian is not filing IT Returns and is having land/or is a farmer, Income proof certificate from Gram Panchayat / Mamlatdar / Choro / Creamy layer certificate to be provided of Financial Year 2017-18 .
** Bank Statement of Financial Year 2017-18
** Income declaration by parents/guardians, stating definite income as per the Income tax return Financial Year 2017-18 from all sources by way of an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper is required.(as per given Format of Affidavit)
Selection Process
1. All eligible female students are put in an ascending order of family income (lowest income first).
2. The female student who tops this list becomes the awardee student.
3. If more than one student have the same income level, their rank in the admission merit list will be used as 1st tie breaker and their percentage score in qualifying board exam will be used as the 2nd tie breaker.
Benefits
One awardee student will receive scholarship of
a) 50% of the annual tuition fee every year OR
b) Rs. 1.50 lakhs every year, whichever is less.
This scholarship will be awarded for maximum five years (from 2018-19 to 2022-23), given the renewal criteria are fulfilled.
