Jio Scholarship
The Reliance Group invites applications for Jio Scholarship 2018 for the students who are pursuing their degree from schools or colleges.
The main motive of the scholarship is to help the students indirectly whose family condition is not good.The money which is declared for the scholarship is more enough for the students and divided according to the percentage that they score in the examination throughout the year.
Who Can Apply?
** The applicant must be an Indian citizen.
** The candidate must either be a class 10th, 11th or 12th student or a college student.
** He/she should belong to a financially weak background.
** The applicant must have a good academic record.
How to Apply?
The online application process is not open for the students yet. The steps for the offline process are
Step 1 : Those who are eligible can take the download jio scholarship application form any of the Jio offices near to your area.
Step 2 : After getting the form, fill the form with all the necessary details and submit it at the Jio office itself.
Step 3 : Reliance team will verify all the information and send a confirmation after a few days.
Scholarship Amount
There are about 2,800 scholarships available for students across India.

Selection Process
Students receive the reward in one of the following ways
1. Jio Merit Based Scholarship : For students who are performing well in academics, athletics, and artistic.
2. Jio Student Specific Scholarship : For candidates who are eligible for specific categories like gender, religion, family, medical history etc.
3. Jio Need-Based Scholarship : For students who are in highly needed areas such as nursing etc.
Scholarship Details
This Jio Scholarship also covers the tuition fees and incidental expenses. Those who are interested to go on with the higher studies in the field of humanities, liberal arts and sciences are also eligible and encouraged to apply for this Jio Scholarship.
The eligibility criteria are necessary for the students to apply for the examination; otherwise, the student will not receive the money.
This program will come under the CSR i.e. corporate social responsibility of Reliance JIO Infocomm Limited (RJIL). Corporate social responsibility (CSR, also called corporate conscience, corporate citizenship or responsible business) is a form of corporate self-regulation integrated into a business model.
I am from Delhi, I want Jio scholarship to complete my BTTM. I am in 12th class. I want financial support. When I went to JIO center at Ansari road, he said this is service centre. Scholarship form is not available here. So, kindly inform me when it will available.

I am doing M.Sc Agriculture and I want to do PhD. So, can I apply for this scholarship?

When I went to JIO offices, most of the JIO centers not aware about this scholarship. They asked proof for it.
The same thing happened with me also.
I am doing B.Sc Horticulture, it is a professional course. So, can I apply for this Jio scholarship.
