BSE Andhra Pradesh invites online applications for State Level National Means-cum Merit Scholarship Scheme Examination for the year 2018-19.

Eligibility

(i) A candidate who has/is scored at least 55% of marks in case of OC/BC and 50% of marks in case of SC/ST/PH or equivalent grade i.e., B+ for all categories in class VII Examination studied during the year 2017-18.

(ii) Studying in Government, Local Body (ZP/Municipal), Government aided, AP Model (day scholars only) and MPUP (Running 8th class) schools only.
(iii) Whose parental annual income (both Parents put together) is below Rs.1,50,000/- from all sources

How to Apply?

Just follow the below steps to fill Online NMMS Application form.

Steps :
Step 1 : Go to the official website of BSE AP provided above.
Step 2 : Click on “NMMS” (Rounded in black color) link at the end of the home page.

Step 3 : Next click on NMMS Online application Form link.

Step 4 : Enter “DISE School Code” and “Password” in the boxes provided.

Step 5 : Select Management Type from the Drop Down List. Fill each and every column in the application form as per the school records and upload photo with signature and required certificates by click on Browse button and click on “Submit Application” button.

Note : The photo with signature file size should be less than 30KB and format should be image

Step 6 : Enter the details of another candidate by click on “New Candidate” button. Fill all the candidates’ details in the same procedure.

Step 7 : After completion of uploading all the candidates’ applications click on “Report” for generating Nominal Roll.

Step 8 : Click on “SBI Collect” button to pay the examination fee.
Step 9 : After successful payment of examination fee, login again and click on “Add SBI Collect Information”

Step 10 : Fill all the columns i.e., Branch Name, Transaction number (number started with DU), Amount and Date Paid. Then click on SAVE button to save all the transaction details.

Step 11 : Submit the following items in your concerned District Educational Officer’s Office.
1) Two Sets of Printed Nominal Rolls (Attested by the Head Master).
2) Attested copies of Caste & Medical Certificates in case of SC/ST/PH category.
3) Computer generated Original SBI Collect Receipt.

Note :
Change Password button is provided to change the password of a school. New Password and Confirm Password should be same.

How to Pay Exam Fee?

Step 1 : Open “onlinesbi.com” in any web browser and Select “State Bank Collect” in the web page.

Step 2 : Select the check box and click on “Proceed” button.

Step 3 : Select “State of corporation” to “Andhra Pradesh” and “Type of Corporation” to “Govt Department” and then select “GO”.

Step 4 : Select “Govt. Department Name” to “DIRECTOR OF GOVT EXAMINATIONS” (Rounded in red color) and then click on “Submit” button.

Step 5 : Select the “Payment Category” to “NMMS EXAM FEE”. Fill all the particulars without any mistakes and then click on “Submit” button

Step 6 : Confirm once again all the particulars and click on “Confirm” button.

Step 7 : Select “Click here to save the Pre-acknowledgement form in PDF” to take print of the challan.
Step 8 : Print the challan and pay the amount in SBI Treasury Branch you have selected for generation of challan.

Pattern of Examination is as follows :
** Mental Ability Test (M.A.T) – 90 marks multiple choice questions.
** Scholastic Ability Test (S.A.T) – 90 marks covering social science, science and mathematics of class VII & VIII. Each question carry one mark

Qualifying percentage is as follows :
** Gen 40%
** B.C 35%
** S.C/S.T/P.H 25%
