INSOFE Scholarship for Course on Big Data Analytics & Research Assistantship 2015 :
Scholarships and paid research assistantships are generally associated with Masters and PhD programs in the US. These are certainly not offered for shorter-term certificate programs anywhere in the world. International School of Engineering (INSOFE) is set to change all that with their SPARKLE – Scholarships and Paid Assistantships to ReKindle LEarning – program.
INSOFE has been offering scholarships and paid assistantships worth INR 4.5 Lakhs to 5 people who enrol in their Certificate Program in Engineering Excellence (CPEE) in Big Data Analytics and Optimization.
Following is the process to apply for Scholarship and Research Assistantship :
Eligibility Criteria and Process :
** Candidates with experience of 0 – 3 years in any discipline are eligible for Scholarships and Research Assistantships.
** Common Online Entrance Examination (level 1) should be taken after registering in the website and paying the application fee of Rs. 1500/-.
** Shortlisted candidates will need to take a paper-based examination (level 2) at INSOFE on May 3rd 2015.
** The final list of qualified candidates who are eligible for Scholarships and Research Assistantships will be announced in the Second week of May, 2015.
** Full fee waiver will be given to the successful candidates.
** In addition, Research Assistantships of Rs. 30,000 per month will be paid from the 2nd month of the program till the end of the program.
** Successful candidates must work 4 days/week on client projects from INSOFE’s office under the guidance of Sr. Data Scientists.
** Awarding Scholarships and Research Assistantships is solely at the discretion of INSOFE and no requests for reviews will be entertained.
