D. level Courses in the Government, Government Aided, State and Central Government Recognized Private Institutions through the common National Scholarship Portal (NSP)

Who Can Apply?

Fresh :
** The students who have secured not less than 50% marks or equivalent grade in the previous final examination.
** Annual income of whose parents/guardian from all sources does not exceed Rs.2.00 lakhs.

Renewal :
** Students who have been awarded Fresh Scholarship in the previous year should apply for Renewal Scholarship provided if he/she scored not less than 50% of marks in the previous year examination without any arrears.
** Annual income of whose parents/guardian from all sources does not exceed Rs.2.00 lakhs.

How to Apply?

Just follow the below steps to apply for the Post-Matric Scholarships Scheme for Minorities 2019-20.

Before initiating registration process, students are advised to keep their Educational and other documents such as Aadhar number, Enrollment number, Bank passbook etc. in hand.

Apply Online : https://scholarships.gov.in/

Steps :
Step 1 : The student can log on to National Scholarship Portal (NSP)
Step 2 : Fresh applicants should select the option New Registration link in the right top corner of the home page.

Step 3 : Read the instructions carefully and Click on the Continue button
Step 4 : Fill the required details and finally click on the Register button to compete the registration process.

Step 5 : After register your account students login with your user id and password.
Step 6 : Next Select the scholarship scheme and fill the remaining details to apply for the Post-matric scholarship.

Step 7 : For Renewal case, Students Click the Login link and enter your Application Id, Password, Captcha image for Login. Then fill the required fields to complete your renewal process.

Important Note :
1. The login id and password to log into NSP portal will be your Application Id and DOB respectively. You are advised to mandatorily change your password at the time of first login for security purposes.

2. Students are advised to submit only “One Application Form”. In case if students submits more than one application form then all the applications submitted by students will be considered as “Duplicate” and will be “Rejected”.

3. Students are advised to provide “Annual Family Income” as per the Income Certificate issued by competent authority in their scholarship application.

Documents Required

The list of documents to be scanned & uploaded for both Fresh and Renewal Scholarships as under
a) Student Photo. (Mandatory).
b) Institution Verification Form. (Mandatory).
c) Self declaration of Income Certificate by the student. (Mandatory).
d) Self declaration of community by the student. (Mandatory).

e) In case of Fresh – Self Attested Certificate of ‘Previous Academic Mark sheet’ as filled in Form. (Mandatory).
f) In case of Renewal – Self-Attested Certificate of Previous Year Mark sheet as filled in the Form. (Mandatory).

g) Fee Receipt of current course year. (Mandatory).
h) Proof of Bank Account in the name of student. (Mandatory).
i) Aadhaar Card (optional).
j) Residential Certificate. (Mandatory).

Selection Procedure

** Students from BPL families, having the lowest income shall be given preference in the ascending order.
** The renewal applications would be fully exhausted before the new applications are considered.

Last Date

Last date for submission of online application for Post-Matric Scholarship by students is 15th November 2019
