Sherig Scholarship for NEET/JEE Gap Year Study

The Department of Education, CTA is pleased to announce Scholarship to 14 Students who wishes to take a gap year to prepare for next year NEET (MBBS) & JEE (Engineering) exam.

Application Procedure & Eligibility

** Application Form A (to be completed by Student & attested by Tibetan Settlement officer). You can download the application form from the below mentioned link.

** Copy of Class X, XII Result and NEET/JEET Result.
** Student must have scored minimum of 60% in PCM or PCB
** Student must have studied Tibetan language till class X or must appear for TLPT (Tibetan Language Proficiency Test)

** Preference will be given to those students who have graduated/passed in 2018
** Essay (1page) – reason for taking a gap year
** Anyone who discontinues the program without any valid reason is liable to refund the Scholarship costs to the Department of Education, CTA.

Step 2 : To fill out this form, you must be signed in. For that Sign in with your Email id and Password.

Step 3 : Then, enter your Email address and click Next button.

Step 4 : Fill the form with the following details and click Next button.
** Upload your Passport Size Picture using Add File link.
** Enter your Name [i.e,Arun]
** Select your Gender * Male/ Female
** Enter your Date of Birth in the format of MM/DD/YYYY

** Enter your Applicant’s RC No [i.e,845415]
** Enter your Applicant’s GB No [i.e,956545]
** Enter your Father’s GB No [i.e,156498]
** Enter your Mother’s GB No [i.e,548451]

** Upload Form ‘A’ filled by Tibetan Settlement Officer
** Enter your Home Address [i.e,123/A, Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh 173204]
** Enter your Settlement Name [i.e,Arun]

Note :
1. All applicant should fill the information carefully as it appears on your academic credentials.

2. Each and every file should be a scanned copy, attested by Local Tibetan Settlement Officer or Gazetted officer equivalent to post of Joint Secretary and above in CTA.
