Pune University D.K. Bhave Scholarship

The D.K. Bhave Scholarship is for the students who have got admission for their Master’s Degree in Engineering Faculty at Accredited Universities in America, Canada and United Kingdom/Germany and are proceeding for the same.

The purpose is to encourage students to return to India after their Masters Degree and help India compete in the global economy.

Eligibility Criteria

Who Are Eligible?
** The student should be Graduate from Engineering Faculty / Studying in the last year (B.E./B.Tech) (Any Branch) from any of the Accredited Colleges listed below.
** Candidate should have secured “Confirmed Admission” on his/her own merit for Master’s Degree in Engineering and Technology in any foreign accredited university from USA/Canada/Germany/England.

Who Are Not Eligible?
For the D. K. Bhave scholarship, the students who are already in a foreign country attending a Masters Degree program in Engineering are not eligible.

Scholarship Amount

The expected amount of Scholarship will be around Rs. 5 lacs

Application Fee

There is no application fee for D.K. Bhave Scholarship 2018.

Application Procedure

Follow the steps mentioned below to apply for D.K. Bhave Scholarship 2018.

Online Application

Step-1 : Visit the Savitribai Phule Pune University’s D. K. Bhave Scholarship Online Application Portal. (i.e. http://www.unipune.ac.in/

Step-2 : If you are a new user of this online system, Go to the ‘Apply Online’ link and register with the system by providing username, password and Email address.

a) Username : Create the Username with minimum 6 characters (i.e.AmolPawar )
b) Password : Create the Username with minimum 6 characters (i.e.A1P1A2P2)
c) Confirm Password: Re-enter the Password in the space provided for confirmation. (i.e.A1P1A2P2).
d) E-mail : Enter your valid Email ID. (ie.amolp211@gmail.com)

Note : After the registration, a registration code will be sent on the Email address provided by you at the time of registration.

Step-3 : For login, go to the ‘Sign In’ and use the Username, Password, Registration Code and you will be directed to the online application form.

Step-4 : Read All Instruction and Fill Form then Click Submit.

Step-5 : After submitting the form choose the document and upload it. Before uploading document please read the instructions.

Step-6 : Before “Confirm” please check the file and Take the Printout of form by clicking “Reprint Form”. Once you click on “Confirm” then you will not Reprint the form.

Hardcopy Submission

** The candidate should take printout of the Application Form (2 pages).
** The first page of the Application Form should be duly signed and recommended by the Director/Principal of his/her institute/college along with the college seal.
** The second page of the Application Form contains a questionnaire to be answered by the candidate in the space provided.
** The scanned copy (PDF) of both the pages of the Application Form should be uploaded on the website.
** The candidate should send the superscribed envelope (“APPLICATION FORM – The D. K. Bhave Scholarship” ) to the postal address along with the following documents

Documents Required :
** Duly signed and recommended application form (2 Pages).
** A copy of the “Confirmed Admission Letter” issued by the concerned University or Institute.
** An attested copy of the final year mark list of B.E. / B. Tech.
** An attested copy of the passport and Aadhar card.
** I-20 form (if available)
