Selection Process

There will be two stage selection process

Stage – I : Selection will be done through a written exam.
Stage – II : Students who qualify stage – I will be eligible to appear for stage – II.

Instructions

1. Kindly fill the enclosed GTSE Registration Form and submit along with passport size photographs and cash or demand draft of Rs.200/- in favour of GOAL Educational Services Pvt. Ltd (Payable at Patna).
2. Online Registration Facility is also available on our website: www.gtse.in
3. Last date of receiving of duly filled form at authorised book store or by post at Registered Office or by hand at nearest GOAL Centre or Online Application is 20th December 2017.
4. On the exam day it is compulsory for all the students to carry anyone : School Id Card/Coaching I-Card/Copy of School Page on which photo and details are mentioned/Photo ID card issued by any exam or Olympiad conducted by government body/Adhar Card.
5. The test will be a Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) based paper, which will be conducted on Optical Mark Reader (OMR) Sheet.
6. The result of successful candidates will be displayed on our website: www.gtse.in
7. Rewards and scholarships will be provided to qualified students only after compulsory verification process.
8. To be eligible for rewards, it is mandatory for all the qualified students to join our DLP Course before receiving the award. Once the DLP Enrolment is done, it will not be cancelled in any case. The students will have to fill separate enrolment form for DLP. No fee will be charged for DLP Course. It will be 100% free.

9. In Case of ties of marks obtained in GTSE the priority of rank will be decided through the following process :
i) Student having higher marks in Science (Bio/Math, Chem, Phy.).
ii) Student having higher marks in Mathematics.
iii) Students having minimum number of incorrect answers.
iV) Student having higher marks in Mental Ability.

Terms & Conditions

1. Incomplete form will be rejected. On the day of the exam it is compulsory for the Students to School Id Card/Coaching I-Card/Copy of School Page on which photo and details are mentioned/Photo ID card issued by any exam or Olympiad conducted by government body/Adhar Card.

2. It is compulsory to provide Mobile No. & E-mail ID of the student/ parent/guardian. The result of tests or any other information by the Institute will be sent to the student via SMS and / or E-mail ID. Institute shall not be responsible if any information regarding result of anything else is not received by the student if he/she has not given his/her or parent’s/Guardian’s updated & correct Mob. No./E-mail ID in GTSE Registration form.

3. Though every care will be taken to provide correct answer of the GTSE question paper but in case of any dispute in the answer of any question the answer provided by GTSE teachers panel will be considered final and no claim of any one can be entertained.

4. Goal Institute believes nurturing in the most transparent way. However if any parents/students/institute feel the necessity of information regarding the operations of GTSE they can apply application in personal at the GOAL Corporate Office at: GOAL Building; B-58,Buddha Colony, Patna 80001, Bihar. The presence of student is compulsory otherwise no such applications will be entertained
