Lalco Residency Scholarship

Lalco Residency is a serviced apartment hotel located in the heart of suburban Mumbai, Andheri – East.

This scholarship is open to all students across the globe, and will be awarded to one student annually.

Scholarship Value

** A USD $500 cash scholarship will be awarded to 1 student, chosen as winner by LR’s judging panel.
** Students are free to use the scholarship amount towards any expense related to his/her educational pursuit.

Eligibility Criteria

All students over the age 18 years and are currently enrolled in any School/University across the world, for any course/program.

Application Process

** To apply for the scholarship you need to submit a 1,000 words essay on: “If you could master a skill in the next 5 minutes, what would it be and why?”
** Essay should be written in word document. Name the file as ‘Your name_LRScholarship17-18’
** Essay should be written in English language
** The essay should be proofread for spelling mistakes, facts and grammatical errors.

Submission Process

Send an email to lysha.rohan [AT] lalcoresidency.com with the subject line – ‘Application for LRScholarship Program 2017-18’

Include the following details in the email :
** Your full name
** Passport size photo
** Name of the school/college and course/program in which you are enrolled for the current academic year
** Your contact details (include your email ID), where we can reach you if you are awarded the scholarship

Note : Make sure to attach your essay along with the mail.

Judging Criteria

All applications will be reviewed by a panel constituted by the directors of Lalco Residency. Applications will be judged on Originality& Practicality. Winner will be decided by majority vote of the panel.

Important Dates:
** Application period – Applications can be submitted from 12:00 am (GMT) of 1st June 2017, up to 11:59 pm (GMT) of 1st July 2018.

Scholarship Award Declaration

Winner of the scholarship will be announced, on 31st July 2018 at 11:00 am (GMT) on the website of Lalco Residency. Winner will also be notified personally via the email ID provided by them.

Scholarship Results

As a result, we are proud to announce that we have selected 5 winners instead of just 1. The prize money will be split amongst the 5 winners
