The Department is reopened the website from 20-11-2017 to 16-12-2017 for the left out students under various State/Central Sponsored Scholarship Schemes.

All Head of the Institution(s)DDHE are directed to ensure that no one eligible student will be left from applying for scholarship otherwise Institutions/DDHE will be responsible for any lapse of scholarship.
Important Dates :
** Last Date for Registration on HP e-PASS Portal for New Institutions Registration for the year 2017-18 w.e.f. 10-08-2017 to 18-08-2017.
Note:
The Document records for Registration must be submitted in this Directorate through E-mail Hard copy before 18-08-2017. After 18-08-2017 no document records Format shall not be entertained.
** Last Date of Registration / Submission of Online Scholarship Application by the Students (studying within out side the state) 16 Dec 2017 (20-11-2017 to 16-12-2017)
** Last Date of taking a printout of Online Application Form submitting the same along with the Scheme Specific Document(s) by the student(s) to their respective Institution(s).

Out of State Students are advised to mention the following address on the Form (where the form needs to be sent) while submitting the Print out other documents to the concerned institution: Director of Higher Education Himachal Pradesh Shimla 171001. 20 Dec 2017
** Last Date of Online verification of Applications by the Institutes. 30 Dec 2017
** Last Date of submission of the Duly Attested Verified Candidate List(s) Printed Application Forms by the Govt. / Private Schools to the respective DDHEs. 05 January 2018
** Last Date of submission of the Duly Attested Verified Candidate List(s) by the Govt. Colleges within State to this Directorate. (The Govt. Colleges (within State) need to retain the Printed Hard Copies at their end). 15 January 2018
