Scholarships are available for meritorious and deserving students of different streams and disciplines.

Process to apply :
It is the University’s endeavor to follow a transparent process for finalizing the Scholarships.
The Last Dates in any academic year would be as follows:
** Announcement of Scholarships(through notice, email & web): Oct 23, 2017
** Submission of duly-filled application forms to the respective HoDs – Nov 15, 2017
** Pre Processing of applications- Nov 20, 2017
** Final Processing of applications- Nov 25, 2017
** Announcement & Implementation – Dec 01, 2017
After the announcement, the eligible students are required to submit the duly filled Scholarship form to the concerned HoDs, which shall then be finally submitted to Director Admission’s office through official dispatch after the given time-line. Scholarship form is attached with this mail please.
Please note the following:
** Eligible candidates are required to submit the necessary supporting documents along with their applications, failing which their candidature shall not be considered.
** Scholarships are for the newly joined UG & PG students only( except for 5.17). Those who are already availing can continue to avail the same provided there is no backlog and a requisite CGPA is maintained. They have to fill the form for continuation of same .
** All to please adhere to the Last Dates given. Any application received after the given Last Date shall not be considered.
** A student cannot hold more than one scholarship concurrently from any source or supporting agency.
** Scholarships will be given only for the actual/minimum duration of the programme in which the student is enrolled.
** Grant of scholarships will cease in case any indiscipline case/matter is reported against the student.
** In case of any dispute, the decision of the President MUJ would be final and binding.
** To continue to get the scholarship, the student should maintain the result without any backlogs, failing which the scholarships for the subsequent years will be withdrawn.
Note :
1. Self-attested copies of Class X, XII & Graduation (which ever applicable) are to be attached.
2. Domicile proof (for students of Local vicinity and for those applying for Rajasthan merit scholarship) is must.
3. Parents’ (both mother and father) Form 16/16A/ITR of the last two years (for merit cum means scholarship) is must.
4. Those applying for fee waiver/scholarship under sport quota are required to submit their relevant documents
5. A student cannot hold more than one scholarship concurrently from any source or supporting agency
6. Grant of scholarships will cease, in case any indiscipline /matter is reported against the student
7. Scholarships will be given only for the actual/minimum duration of the programme in which the student is enrolled.
