Scholarship:
1. Vidyaa Visharada Nidhi Scholarship:
A. Sivakamu Jayaraman:
A fund has been instituted by Sivakamu Jayaraman (Vidyaa Visharada Nidhi) and is to be continued to be used for awarding cash prize to the highest ranked student in the science stream and the top two ranked students in the commerce stream for their excellence in 12th standard Tamil Nadu Board Public Exams.

The winners for this academic year 2016 [i.e., school-year 2015-2016] are:
1. Padma Sundaresan Cash award for 1st Rank in Science Stream – Rs. 15,000/-
2. Kalpakam Ramachandran Cash award for 1st Rank in Commerce Stream – Rs. 15,000/-
3. Abhayam Jayalakshmi Cash award for 2nd Best Rank (either Science or Commerce Stream) – Rs.7,500/-
B. Kamala Renuka:
A fund has been instituted [since 2015] by Kamala Renuka (Vidyaa Visharada Nidhi) and is to be used for awarding cash prize to the second to the sixth ranked students in the science stream and the third to the sixth ranked students in the commerce stream for their excellence in 12th standard Tamil Nadu Board Public Exams. The winners for this academic year 2016 [i.e., school-year 2015-2016] are:
Science Stream:
1. L A Govindaraghava Aiyar Cash award for 2nd Rank – Rs. 7,500/-
2. Sivakumar Ganga Cash award for 3rd Rank – Rs. 5,000/-
3. Bharathi – Visalam – Sarada Cash award for 4th Rank – Rs. 3,000/-
4. Thinnalur Srinivasan Cash award for 5th Rank – Rs. 2,000/-
5. Godavari Rajeshwari Cash award for 6th Rank – Rs. 1,000/-
Commerce Stream:
1. Anuradha Ramanan Cash award for 3rd Rank – Rs. 5,000/-
2. Usha Subramanian Cash award for 4th Rank – Rs. 3,000/-
3. Anjur N Ramachandran Cash award for 5th Rank – Rs. 2,000/-
4. Rajappa Kalpagam Cash award for 6th Rank – Rs. 1,000/-
The above mentioned cash awards will be given every year during the School Annual Day function starting from the academic year 2016 [i.e., school-year 2015-2016] onwards along with corresponding certificates.
2. Chennai Willingdon Corporate Foundation – Merit Scholarship (Free Education for 10 students)
The Chennai Willingdon Corporate Foundation has extended 10 scholarships to top scoring students in the Class X public exam (i.e., 5 students in the Science stream and 5 students in the Commerce stream now admitted to Class 11). This will enable the students to continue their higher education totally free of cost.
The Foundation indicated that they would continue this scholarship to these 10 students in Class XII also if the students score above 75% marks in their XI standard annual exam. If some student fails to score 75% marks or above in Class XI, the scholarship will lapse.
Subject to satisfactory working, the Foundation hopes to continue the scheme for another 10 students in the academic year 2105-16, based on their results in this year’s Class X public exams, for their Class XI studies.
3. Sivakamu – Jayaraman Endowment ‘ Siksha’ Scholarship :
Total value of this scholarship is Rs.1,90,000 every year, which is disbursed as follows:
a. Rs. 1000/- each to 60 students towards School Uniform.
b. Rs. 1000/- each to 77 students towards Note Books and School Fees
c. Rs. 3000/- each to 6 students towards School Fees
d. Rs. 1000/- each for 35 students towards Next Level Education
4. Sundaramani Scholarship
Six best students from the class 7th to 12th are given scholarship totaling to Rs.4600/- every year.
5. Other Scholarships or Sponsorships
A. Mr. Suren (U.K) have sponsored, starting year 2013, all the educational expenses for educating a girl (J.K. SournaPriya) from 6th to 12th Std (7 years) in our School.
B. Mr. K.L. Nagarajan (Mylapore, Chennai) have sponsored, starting year 2014, all the educational expenses for educating a girl (R. Brindha) from 6th to 12th Std (7 years) in our School.
C. Mr. Sundaram Kumar (Daya Ghar, Besant Nagar, Chennai) have sponsored, starting year 2014, all the educational expenses for educating a girl (G. Vaishnavi) from 6th to 12th Std (7 years) in our School.
D. Sri. D. Sukumaran (Chennai) have sponsored two Girls’ Students starting from year 2015, all the educational expenses for educating them from 6th to 12th Std. (7 years) in our School. 1. G. Arthi 2. M. Srinidhi.
E. Smt. Lalitha Jayakumar (Chennai) have sponsored for a girl’s education, starting from the academic year 2015. She will bear all the expenses for the student by name S. Nandhini from 6th to 12th std. (7 years) in our school.
F. Sai Surya Medical Trust (Besant Nagar, Chennai) have sponsored four Girls’ Students starting from year 2015, all the educational expenses for educating them from 6th to 12th Std. (7 years) in our School. 1. B. Hemalatha 2. M. Darshini 3. S. Abinaya 4. M. Vimali.
G. Sri K. Kannan (Adyar, Chennai) have sponsored for a girl’s education, starting from the academic year 2016, all the educational expenses for educating a girl (R. Nisha) from 6th to 12th Std. (7 years) in our School.
