Scholarship :

All SC, ST, SBC, WJNT & OBC Reserved Category Regular students admitted through CAP and studying in F.E. / S.E. / T.E. / B.E. for the A. Y. 2017 – 2018 are required to download Govt. of India Scholarship form from College’s website www.iisguareit.edu.in

Submit hardcopy of Completed form along with below mentioned necessary documents (2 Sets) in Administration Office to Ms. Jimixa Golwala before 31st August, 2017 between 09.00 AM- 12.00 PM (Monday to Friday) only.

Most Important Instructions:
** It is mandatory for applicants to open a Savings Bank Account in Oriental Bank of Commerce, Hinjawadi branch only.
** Failure to submit completed form on time (Before 31 August, 2017) will result in non-approval of Scholarship / Freeship and Students will be required to pay full fee as applicable to the College.

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Regular students admitted through CAP under SC, ST, SBC, OBC and WJNT Category only.
2. No income Limit for SC and ST category students.
3. For SBC, OBC & DT-VJNT category Student’s Parents annual income limit is Rs. Six Lakhs.
4. For Applicant GAP should not be more than 2 Years after A.Y. 2015 – 2016
5. Applicant should be Domicile of Maharashtra State.
6. For category students below mentioned documents are mandatory to be submitted on time.

Documents need to be attached with the form in the below mentioned sequence only :
** Student’s whose Parent’s Occupation is Service, are required to submit Attested Form No. 16 AND Student’s whose Parent’s Occupation is Business / Farming they are required to Submit Original Income Certificate as an income Proof.
** if Father of any applicant is not alive then, Death Certificate of Father and an income Certificate of Mother is mandatory.

1. Original – income Certificate OR Self-Attested Form No.16:
** For F.E. & D.S.E. students last one year. AND For Regular S.E. students last two years.
** For T.E. students last three years. AND For B.E. students last four years.

2. Original Annexure of Self-Declaration for Self-Attestation by Student
3. Self-Attested Photocopy of Admission Acknowledgement Receipt.
4. Self-Attested Photocopy of Leaving Certificate. (12″ | Diploma).
5. Self-Attested Photocopies of Marksheets. (10″, 12″ | Diploma – Final Sem., F.E., S.E., T.E.)
6. Self-Attested Photocopy of Caste Certificate.
7. Self-Attested Photocopy of Caste Validity Certificate.
8. Self-Attested Non-Creamy Layer Certy. (Validity up to 31.03.18 – Not Applicable for SC & ST)
9. Self-Attested Photocopy of Aadhar Card. (Mandatory to link with the same bank account).
10. Self-Attested Photocopy of Cover Page of the OBC Bank Alc Passbook (should be readable).
11. Self-Attested Photocopy of Hostel Fee Receipt. (If Applicable).
12. Undertaking from student that he / she has not applied or availed any type of other scholarship.
