Uploading Pragathi/Saksham Scholarship Scheme Attachments

Step 1: Login to AICTE Portal with Institute Credentials
Step 2 : Navigate to Screen “Student Details”

Related / Similar Scholarship : Pragati & Saksham Scholarship 2015-16

Step 3: Navigate to any of the following three tabs, depending on the Course level of the students. (Refer to the PDF for list of students, for whom the Pragati/Saksham attachments need to be uploaded.)
** UG Student Details
** PG Student Details
** Diploma Student Details

Step 4: Select the Student record against which you want to add the Attachments. If the student is not there, click on the new button to add the Student Details. Navigate to Pragathi/Saksham Attachment Tab
** To add a Document, Click on ‘New’ Button. Document type should be only in pdf.
** To save the added Document, Click on ‘Save’ Button.
** If you wish to delete the added Document, Click on ‘Delete’ Button

Step 5: After adding all the required Attachments, Go to ‘Upload Pragathi Documents’ Button
Required documents are:
** Tution Fee receipt
** Income certificate
** Bank Passbook copy
** Caste certificate ( Mandatory for students whose category is not “OPEN”)
** Physical Disability certificate (Mandatory for Physically Disabled students) – Applicable under Saksham scheme
** Other Documents(Like PAN Card, Aadhar Card etc.)- This is not manadatory.

Note:
Once the all necessary Attachments are added, Click on ‘Upload Pragathi/Saksham Documents’ Button to finish the process. (Please note, Institute cannot edit/update/delete any documents once this button is clicked)

This button has to be clicked for each student, for which the Pragathi/Saksham attachments will be uploaded.

Once You have Clicked the ‘Upload Pragathi/Saksham Documents’ Button,The documents will be submitted to AICTE. The ‘Pragathi/Saksham Scheme status’ field in the above View will be set to ‘Documents Uploaded by Institute’.

And the ‘Upload Pragathi/Saksham Documents’ Button will be disabled for the particular Student Record.

Once the status is set to ‘Documents Uploaded by Institute’ , You are not allowed to add a New Attachments or delete the added Attachments. Once the documents are approved by AICTE RIFD Bureau, the Institute will receive email/SMS.
