DIAS provides four different scholarship each & every year.

1st Scholarship:
Qualifying any of these 3 conditions:
** Candidate scoring more than 75% marks in DIAS scholarship entrance exam.
** Candidate scoring all India rank below 5,000 in JEE test.
** Candidate scoring state rank below 1,000 in any state examinations.

2nd Scholarship:
Qualifying any of these 3 conditions:
** Candidate scoring more than 60% marks in DIAS scholarship entrance exam.
** Candidate scoring all India rank below 20,000 in JEE test.
** Candidate scoring state rank below 2000 in any state examinations.

3rd Scholarship:
Qualifying any of these 3 conditions:
** Candidate scoring more than 50% marks in DIAS scholarship entrance exam.
** Candidate scoring all India rank below 50,000 in JEE test.
** Candidate scoring state rank below 5,000 in any state examinations.

4th Scholarship:
Qualifying any of these 3 conditions:
** Candidate scoring more than 40% marks in DIAS scholarship entrance exam.
** Candidate scoring all India rank below 1,00,000 in JEE test.
** Candidate scoring state rank below 10,000 in any state examinations.

Schedule For Scholarship Entrance Exam: (Be/B.Tech-2017)
1. Commencement of sale of Admission Brochure – 10.11.2016
2. Last date for receipt of request in the Institute for spending the admission Brochure by Registered Post/speed post -05.04.2017
3. Date for receipt of completed application from in the Institute- 10.04.2017
4. Admit card will be dispatched by the Institute to the Candidate by registered post speed post – 15.04.2017
5. Date of Scholarship[ Engineering entrance exams( BE/B.TECH2017)] -Last week of april or first week of may 2017
6. Date of Declaration of result of BE/B.TECH-2017 on the institute Website. – 3rd Week of May 2017
7. Display of Detailed Schedule of 1st Counselling on institute Campus -Last Week of May 2017
8. Date of first Counselling for Admission to be held in Institute -01.06.2017
9. Commencement of the Academic session -At August

( Date of Exam will be on a working day so that no major governmental private entrance exam will be clash with our examination date.)

Submission of Application Form:
The applicants are advised to retain a photocopy of the duly filled-in Application form before the same is submitted to the institute.

Submission By Hand/Post:
The Application Form complete in all respect in the sealed printed envelope given S along with Admission Brochure, Should be submitted by hand at the institute counter or it may be sent by Registered/Speed Post to the Villa No.117, Block-5, Eros Garden, Suraj Kund Road, Faridabad -121009 latest by 5:00 p.m. of 10.04.2017.

Admit Card:
** The Admit Card allotting the Roll Number and Examination Centre for the Scholarship Entrance Exam: [BE/B.TECH — 2017] will be dispatched by the Institute to the candidate by Registered Post / Speed Post.
** Institute will not be responsible for the delay, non delivery due to incorrect address or loss or damage of the Admit Card during the transit after the same is dispatched by the Institute.
** No candidate will be allowed to enter the Examination Hall without the valid BE/B.TECH — 2017 Admit card issued by the Institute.
** In case the Admit Card is not received
** Candidate must contact institute office before 25th of April, in case they do not received their admit card.
** They can received their duplicate admit card on the examination centre by showing genuine identity proof.

Mode Of The Scholarship Entrance Test:
Reporting For Thetest:
** The Candidate should report at the Examination Centre 30 Minutes prior to the time of the commencement of BE/B.TECH — 2017.
** No Candidate will be allowed to enter in the Examination Hall after the commencement of BE/B.TECH — 2017.
** No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall before the prescribed time is over. Candidate should leave Examination Hall only after handing over OMR answer sheet & test booklet to the Invigilator.

Expected Behaviour And Discipline During The Test:
If any candidate is found using any Unfair Means or does not observe discipline during conduct of the scholarship Entrance Exam. Institute will take necessary disciplinary action against such candidate’s as per its rules.

Declaration of The Result:
** The list of candidate who qualify for the BE/B. TECH program 2017 of Delhi Institute of Aeronautical Sciences would be displayed on the Institute Website www.dias.net.in on 3rd week of May 2017.
** Detailed schedule of 1st Counseling shall be displayed on the Institute website www.dias.net.in last week of May 2017.
** Requests for re-evaluation/re-checking of OMR answer sheet will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Documents Required : (In Original & 2 Set Of Attested Photocopy Of Each At The Time Of Counselling / Admission)
** Bank Draft’s of requisite amounts.
** Original Admit Card issued by the Institute for Scholarship Entrance Exam: [BE/B.TECH — 2017]
** Proof of Date of birth (Secondary School Certificate issued by the Board/University)
** 10th & 12th Mark sheet and Certificate.
** Character Certificate
** Migration Certificate from the Board/University last attends by him/her.
** Cast Certificate
** Domicile Certificate, Income Certificate.
** 8 pass port size & 2 stamp size photographs.
