“HARSHINI MERIT SCHOLARSHIPS” has set-up an endowment to award Scholarships to financially disadvantaged or Economically backward but merit Students, who would like to pursue higher education & overcome Poverty.

WHY SCHOLARSHIP TEST for 8th, 9th, & 10th CLASS STUDENTS :
Many of Rural Background / Economically Backward Students end their Education after completion of 7th Class.

Because of Poverty, Lack of Support from Parents, Less Awareness about Uses of Education and Fear about Future aspects like Job, Education Continuity ..etc

So by conducting Merit Scholarships Test for 8th, 9th, & 10th Class Students we Drive them to Study Hard, To Achieve Best Marks , Ranks in Scholarship Test, School level as well as State Level Academic SSC Board Examination.

Also we Motivate Parents of each Student about Further Studies of their Kids.

PROCESS TO ATTEND TEST :
** Students Who are willing to participate for HARSHINI MERIT SCHOLARSHIP TEST need to Follow the below Rules & Instructions.
** Students Must from TELANGANA
** Need to download Application Form from hmse.in website.
** Need to Pay Rs.300 per Student as Entrance Fees Through DD/Net banking/DEPOSIT.
** Only 2016-17 8th, 9th & 10th Class Studying Students eligible.

APPLICATION FILTER PROCESS :
** We will Receive, Validate all the applications which we receive along with Fees with in the Time Period.
** We will Send Hall Tickets to the all Students to their Address / Email ID.
** Hall Ticket contains Exam Date, Time, Venue Details and Instructions to attend Exam.
** Students Who received Hall Tickets Need to Attend Scholarship Test Exam as mentioned.
** After Examination, Corrections/Validation done by Experts.
** Ranks and Prizes Announces very Shortly.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Form should be filled in Block letters in candidate’s own hand writing.
2. Fees for the examination are 300 rupees only which should be paid Through D.D. in Favor of Harshini Merit Scholarships Hyderabad through any nationalized bank. If cash paid take & keep the Receipt.
3. Forms should be filled with ball point pen only.
4. Read the instructions carefully written on hall ticket before attempting the question paper.
5. All the questions are Objective type only.
6. Write all the answers in the OMR sheet provided.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. If More than one Candidate get Equal Marks First Preference will be in Subjects wise I.e Maths, Science. Even though it occurs we will filter by Names in alphabetical order.
2. Examination will conducted School wise / District wise / State wise.
3. Examination Fee will be return if Examination is not conducted due to unexpected reasons.
4. Examination Conducted on Feb 1st week 2017 onwards.
5. Results will be announces with in short time in online, Email & SMS.
6. Staff children may attend the scholarship test. But they are not eligible to get scholarships.
