Scholarship cum Admission Test :
A students can get admission if he scores minimum 30% marks in Yaantriki Scholarship cum Admission Test (YSAT).

A Student can appear for YSAT maximum two times in a semester.
Scholarship Guide Lines :
(i) Scholarship through YSAT :
A students get scholarship if he scores minimum 40% marks in the respective YSAT.

9 80 – 85 % 95%
10 Above 85% 100%
*A student can avail maximum 10% additional scholarship from above table.
*A special additional scholarship of 25% is given to those students whose father is a martyr of Indian Armed forces.
* All scholarships mentioned above are on tution fee only.
Securing your Scholarship :
Scholarship on the basis of YSAT is valid only for 3 working days from the date of result announcement of respective YSAT. One has to submit Rs. 2000 as registration fee to secure his scholarship.
Validity of YSAT for Admission :
YSAT score is valid only for 15 working days from the announcement of result.
Demo Classes :
A student may take 2 demo classes before admission after getting permission from Academic Coordinator of respective course.
Provisional Admission :
In case student has not qualified YSAT but he is willing to attend regular classes or classes for preparation of YSAT. Then, he may take provisional admission by depositing Rs. 3,000 temporarily. This amount is 100% refundable, if student fails to qualify YSAT in given two chances & If student qualifies for admission in YSAT then this amount is adjusted in the course fee.
Second / Third Installment :
Students who opt for installment plans must deposit their second and third installment within one and two months respectively from the date of admission/provisional admission.
Refund Policy :
(i) There is no refund policy in single installment plan.
(ii) In two / three installment plan, after depositing first installment, student may ask for admission cancellation within 30 days from the date of admission. In that case 50% amount of first installment may be refunded. However all descretion power will be of Yaantriki Eduventures only.
(iii) In two/three installment plan after depositing 2nd installment, there is no refund policy.
*Incase of any dispute, final decision authority will be of Yaantriki Eduventures only and Gwlior will be the exclusive city for any legal jurisdiction.
